Nothing gets my heart rate up like the heavy bag. 🥊💨
Great cardio, stress relief, and a full-body workout all in one. Every round is another investment in a healthier, stronger me.

🎬🎭 Back on set and doing what I love! Had the opportunity to work alongside some AMAZING talent on this one! 🔥
Great working with @nicolemattox_ ! She was amazing. Thank you for having me on this one 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
One of the best parts about working with talented actors is being able to truly live in the moment. The performances were so natural and authentic that I found myself listening, reacting, and leaning into the scene in real time. That’s when acting becomes something special! 🎥💯

Every scene, every performance, and every experience reminds me why I fell in love with this craft in the first place.

Grateful to be back at it, surrounded by people who inspire me to keep growing as an actor! 🙏🏾🎭

The journey continues! 💪🏾🔥

🎭 Acting is more than memorizing lines—it’s about living the moment, feeling the emotion, and telling a story people won’t forget. Every scene is a chance to become someone else and discover something new about yourself.
