Was all the pain we endured worth it for this moment? I’m still unsure of that answer. Stay tuned

Can you believe this is Canada in the summer?!🥹

Ended up getting lost on this 20 mile trail so decided to take yet another detour which quickly turned into finding the bluest lake I’ve ever seen. Of course this was taken after almost falling into it.😭🫣

If @banffcanada isn’t on your list yet, it should be now 😍🥹

Based on a true story: I walked 1.5 hours through Rome to try this “must have” gelato spot (we won’t name names). Only to be served the fakest tasting gelato of my life🤢 … so yes apparently you can get bad gelato in Italy, believe it or not. 😪

I end up disappointed, starting my trek back home and not even 3 blocks in, I come across this “authentic looking” gelato spot in tucked away in the alley.

So naturally I feel like I have no choice but to walk in, explain my dilemma and reasoning for even thinking about having a second round of gelato tonight and ask these people a million questions about their gelato🥲.

Until the gelato tender somehow convinces me to try THREE different flavors, refuses to take my credit card and then sends me on my way. Maybe it was just too many questions.

Anyways, Moral of the story? Don’t walk into the establishment when you say you’re done eating and don’t believe everything you hear on the internet. 🫡 by @danaabird
