The DANAI legal team has worked to establish that registered nurses are permitted to administer both toxin and hyaluronidase in accordance with the directions of a registered medical practitioner or registered dentist. More importantly, the Minister for Health has publicly stated and acknowledged that the relevant regulations allow for registered nurses to prescribe and administer Botulinum Toxins in line with the appropriate conditions. Professor Neil Molony is a ENT Consultant with close to 40 years of experience in rhinology. There is very little he is not seen. Treatment of noses is an area many practitioners stay clear from due to its complexity. Prof Molony will look at what has been done to the nose and how it can be put right.
