Friday: 4.5 hour drive to Chicago for EYBL National Tournament of Champions Championship
Friday: as soon as her basketball game was over, 6 hour drive to Canton, Ohio. Arrive at 4am
Saturday: 8am check in for the Elite Sirius Hall of Fame Flag Football Tournament. Thank you for the invite Coach! @im_blessed_96ak
Her team went 7-0 TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS!!!!! We hit the road immediately after. 6.5 hour drive to get back to Chicago. Arrived around 1:30am
Sunday: undefeated and unbelievable buzzer beater to advance to the championship game
Monday: EYBL 17s TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS!!!
Today: 🫩🥱🥴😵‍💫😪😮‍💨😴🤫🤪🥰

And I’d do it all again…

I swear this girl was born with a volleyball in her hand! lol I’ve NEVER seen a kid that literally eats, sleeps, and breathes volleyball!! That’s my Fal!! 🏐💜

Everyday is a great day for volleyball, and anyone can be beckoned to a pepper session with her!! ANYONE!! She’s fierce and fun to watch!!!

We’ve watched her grow up on the sideline, on mommy’s hip, in the ball cart lol and now on the court!! I’ve honestly held off as long as I could, but this baby is ITCHING to suit up and compete on a real team in a real game!! 😂🥹

Today is the day!!!!! We OFFICIALLY welcome #8, Falon Marie, to the @volleyball_elite 12U Mini State Elite Team!! Her first tourney is today!!

We are thrilled to announce that our Founder/Director and Head Coach, Dana Cooper, has received the AVCA Diversity Award! This prestigious recognition celebrates leaders championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in our sport and community. As part of the AVCA Diversity Development Team’s efforts, the ‘Diversity Awards’ are a key component of engaging coaches as leaders, advancing the sport, and continuing to move forward with initiatives that lead to substantive change for society and the volleyball coaching profession. Our coach’s unwavering commitment to fostering an inclusive environment enriches our team and inspires future generations. In December she will attend the 2024 AVCA Convention in Louisville, Kentucky where she will take part in educational seminars and build relationships with other amazing coaches. WE LOVE TO SEE IT!

Happy Senior Sunday to my animal lover! 🐾💜

What many of you may or may not know is that Sanyiah loves animals. At one point, she was certain she wanted to become a veterinarian. Although that dream has changed a little, her compassion and love for animals have never wavered.

Over the years, she’s cared for fish, frogs, geckos named Jit and Slim, a rabbit named Ginger, a dog named Champ. She even rescued two dogs, whom she lovingly named Oreo and Donda. Now, along with dog Sparta and bearded dragon Chico our family has welcomed its newest member: a rescue cat named Rojado Bean!

Call me crazy, but I truly love seeing my baby in her element. If caring for animals brings her joy and makes her feel fulfilled, I’ll always be here to support her. She’s so dope!
