Round 2 of Dana has officially lost her mind…COMMENT 🐮🤠 if I should send it at a rodeo OR 👎 bish NO stick to safe under control weight lifting…

This guy got some air there for a sec. This is my second time ever, and honestly it’s a feat in itself just to give them the head nod that you’re ready for them to open the chute gate. Adrenaline x 💯! Happy with this run and got a couple good bucks and most importantly all my limbs still work and nothing broken. Ground was pretty solid being only 25 degrees here. so definitely not forgiving. Cowboys don’t wait for perfect conditions. You just do it.

Thanks to @korbin_baldwin and @baldwin_bucking_bulls for teaching me how to be a badass bull rider today. by @danalinnbailey

I’m not really one that posts old stage photos of me reminiscing on the past. But this was 11 years ago winning the first ever @mrolympiallc for women’s physique. And being at the Olympia this weekend, and every single year I go back, is so nostalgic for me. It fuels me and fills me with so much emotion on every spectrum. This photo is a reminder to me of how capable I am. When I am completely focused on a goal, I am capable of accomplishing really incredible things. There is a switch in me that I can turn on, forget about everything else in the world and I can literally do whatever I put my mind to. It’s a focus like no other. I didn’t care how I felt, I did the things that needed to be done no matter what. It’s a mentality that is hard to get into unless you want something so bad.

I love this sport and I love bodybuilding. It tests you on every level physically, mentally, emotionally… it hardens you. The discipline, the sacrifice, and willpower that it takes every second of the day. It changed my life. There will never be a more proud moment in my life than being on the Olympia stage.

Find that thing in your life your chasing. That dream that seems so big that it’s impossible. Whatever it is, if you can focus, dedicate, and center every ounce of your universe toward it, you can accomplish anything. Build the life you want. Chase the outlandish dreams that you see for yourself. This is proof that it can all be possible.

Congrats to all the @mrolympiallc winners and all the competitors this weekend. I know just how good it feels when the dream actually fxcking happens. Enjoy this moment. And keep dreaming. by @danalinnbailey

The smell of fresh burnt tires 🛞 💨

First time taking her out for a spin since her makeover. Wide body kit, wrap, new wheels and tires, new @sparco_official race seats, and of course detachable steering wheels. She’s all ready to go sideways. Maybe need to enter a drift event this summer 🤔. Thank you @killrobbailey and @movmotorwerks for making this little drift girl ‘s car drifting ready in style 💖

You either build yourself or betray yourself. Every time you negotiate with the standard you set, you give yourself permission to lower it.

Discipline is a decision. Stop negotiating and raise your standard. by @danalinnbailey

Work-life balance.I came from a place where there was no balance. My life was very one-dimensional. But man, I was fucking good at that one dimension. Dare I say, the best in the world for a time. Now I’m not obsessed with just one thing. I’m obsessed with everything, I’m obsessed with LIFE. Maybe that’s what balance really is. Not doing less, but finding more things that make you feel alive, fill your cup, give you purpose, make you happy, or can just reset you. Balance isn’t about equal parts, it’s finding the harmony where they all work together. And I believe that’s where happiness lives.

Life randomly in October… by @danalinnbailey

Let me be the first coach to give you permission to break some fucking rules sometimes.

Throughout my life, I’ve been told I’m doing everything wrong. BUT it felt right for me AND I was making progress. So why the fuck would I fix something that isn’t broken just because someone else says I should be doing it differently?

Listen to YOUR body. Train the way YOU enjoy. Push where YOU can push. Pay attention to what actually gets YOU results.

Fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all. For me it’s a feeling. And I trust and follow my feeling.

Take a break from the gym and put in some real work in with me at @hightailranch for their Annual Round Up. This is always the highlight of my year. Good people, great food, epic views, thrilling rides chasing bison in some crazy mountain sides and some real ranch life. Can’t wait for next year already!
