Happy Halloween 🎃

Been staying true to my yearly obligation of being the maid of horror. She has a short story of murder but who cares? She’s cute. by @danamaeactress

To have been in the heart of Scotland’s Capital, Edinburgh🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 was the most amazing adventure and I’m so very grateful for the experience.

With my lovely cousin @aileen_k77 , who took these absolutely stunning pictures (Thank You!!) we ventured into Old Town and gawked at the architecture seen in these photos.
The Royal Mile, Victoria Street, random roads through cute neighborhoods, The Scott’s Monument, cathedral after cathedral— Edinburgh is a must-visit place, not the least because of its history!

We explored graveyards older than my brain can fathom and listened to the creepy stories told of robbers and people falsely buried alive, looked at more gangrene-ridden limbs I’d ever think to come see at the Surgeons’ Hall Museum (yes, real limbs, intestines, organs, bones), ate delicious food and relaxed in Pubs, enjoyed the sunny weather and went shopping til our feet burned.

This city in autumn is a whole vibe, my dark academia heart was lit alive; evidence of that you can find in the last picture — my honorable mention of the 12(!!!) books I bought, three of them from the @armchairbooksedinburgh , a bookstore of my dreams with ancient hand-me-downs waiting to be spotted and given a loving home!

Until next time, Edinburgh🫶🏻 taken in Edinburgh, Scotland UK by @danamaeactress
