First Park Run ✅
Inspired by wanting to stay fit and active and strong. And the winter weather along the coast is perfect 👌🏼 for being out moving.
Most Saturdays I’m in the barre studio but I’m committed to alternating in #parkruns to mix things up.
And spending active time with my hubs is the bonus 🥰

July 2026 is the month I started proper golf lessons. One lesson down, many to come. The most important thing for me to learn golf is to continue learning, being active, fresh air, sunshine and a new sport. Spending time with my husband is a bonus.

July in a handful of places.
Started golf lessons and seriously having fun. 🏌️‍♂️
Volunteered at the Qld Garden Show and got to see Graham Ross from Better Homes share his story.
Early Sunday coffee walks are a highlight. Seeing the beach and the sea and the beautiful views is the perfect way to start the day.

Day 6 in Cape Town
Absolutely loved exploring the Oranjezicht City Farm Market at the V&A waterfront.
From the dog rest stop at the coffee to the beautiful homemade items like crispy chili oil, nougat, chocolates, jams, rooibos tea, bagels and more. There were lobster rolls and a full @jackblackbeer bar for morning shopping support.

5 Cape Town
1- Heading to D’Aria Winery for a tasting and lunch
2- Exceptional sushi
3- The beautiful garden
4- Around to Bloubergstrand for views of THE mountain
5- Completely forgot the name of the pub we had sundowners in!
6- Looking out across the bay toward Table Mountain
7- Driving up the waterfront
9- Last photo before dinner at Doodles Seafood (forgot to photograph but there was SEAFOOD)

Day 4 Cape Town
1- A walk around the CBD, past the old Mutual Insurance of Australasia building, now the Iziko Social History Centre
2- The ornate doors
3- Charming buildings
4, 5, 6, 7 - Breakfast and a much-needed espresso
8- Love the juxtaposition of the older architecture (the building, not my hubs!) and Table Mountain in the distance
9, 10, 11 - More impressive buildings

Day 2 Cape Town
1- Our chic city AirBnB in the centre of it all.
3- Waking up to glorious views of old Cape Town
4- #FIFAWorldCup pop up at the V&A Waterfront
5- I spy a ZEBRA striped Lindt Easter bunny
6 and 7- First meal of Kingclip, oysters and calamari at Knysna Oyster Company
8- A little sweet shopping at #Wedgewood for nougat
9- View of the V&A Waterfront
10- We are equidistant from Sydney and Boston!
11- Practicing our postcard looks, but looking very tired
12- ZEITZ Museum of Contemporary Art, recent addition to the Silo Buildings at the waterfront
