acceptance
no longer feels
like an idea to me.

I feel it more through

breath
body
movement
presence

the mind still tries to return to

“it could have happened earlier”
“it should have been different”

and then
I simply return
to the breath.

every time
the same feeling waits for me there

peace and joy
at the same time. by @danasdikan

There’s a moment in this video
that doesn’t really end

it just… loops

same movement
same feeling
again and again

kind of like what happens in us
when something stays unfelt

the body remembers

it keeps repeating the same signal
until it feels safe

SYMPATHETIC

reaction
tension
conflict
disconnection

the loop continues

until something slows down…

PARASYMPATHETIC

breathe
slow down
feel the body
release
here

back to the body

but the mind keeps looping…
again and again

until the pattern softens

and you begin to feel your body

notice what repeats
until you feel your body by @danasdikan

4 years learning to regulate after an unplanned kundalini awakening.

Back in a place that doesn’t always speak the same language.

This is how I come back to myself. taken in Novi Sad, Serbia by @danasdikan

Momenti koji nas zaustave poziv su da se vratimo sebi.

Najveći izazov mi je kako da duboka iskustva
prevedem u jezik svakodnevice drugih. Man lying in a hospital bed with an IV in his arm, resting quietly and listening to his body. by @danasdikan
