This coming Wednesday, March 25, 2026, I’m introducing a new class format @peaceyogaberlin I’ve been developing and refining, and I’m excited to bring it to you as an ongoing offering.
Wednesdays 6:30 pm at Eisenbahnstrasse Studio.

If you’ve practiced with me before, you know I enjoy exploring new approaches and perspectives, especially around the things that challenge us. At the same time, I know there’s value in simply getting a strong, focused workout.

This is my take on a strength and mobility class, designed to support your arm balances and inversions. Each session will include handstand and inversion drills, alongside a variety of exercises.

The structure will remain consistent, so you know what to expect. I’m looking forward to building this together and seeing how it evolves.

Thank you Moritz @downdogberlin for giving me the space to try something new.✨

"Sie ist wie dein Lieblingsessen in deinem Lieblingsrestaurant!" Und natürlich auch noch mehr.

Die Facilitator unseres 75H Teacher Trainings in Wien im April 2027, @philippa.berlin & @danasertel , beleuchten in dieser Q&A was sie so sehr an der Sequenz mögen.
Assistiert wird das Training von @christinabrunsyoga

Rome for the @jivamuktiyoga Tribe Gathering. my first time teaching at this annual event - what an honor to teach alongside my mentors and be deeply immersed in the community.

Had some great runs in the city and lots of fun teaching w habibi brother @juanji_sierra .

Quality time with @marie_claussen and @soukofrima_ was nourishment for my heart. and to see my sister @eestherr - long missed Beirut connection. Some seeds were planted for the future and i keep practicing until they ripen.

@florian_maas captured me in some moments and i can see my mood was strictly bhav.

thank you to the fantastic organization team @karolinestraubinger @giannisarracino @la253 and those in the background doing the work.

thank you also @anninalingens @juggling_is_my_guru @rebecca.munro.yoga @theworld_walker & Marie for being our eyes and hands during the Inversion Workshop.

my extroverted side definitely could go all out. time to recharge my introvert self a little. by @danasertel
