POSTS STORIES REELS

What an amazing concept! Children’s artist/singer-songwriter, Marisa Levenson, from @youngfolkiessongs
takes us alongside her on a musical journey while encouraging kiddos to explore, experiment and discover which instrument(s) is/are for them. This is absolutely brilliant! From choosing their instrument(s) to finding their voices, auditioning for a play, dreaming about becoming a musician, facing stage fright, and so much more.

What makes Which Instrument Is for Me? so special is that it isn’t simply an album about learning music; it’s about finding your voice, building confidence, trying new things, managing those big feelings that come with performing and discovering who you are as a budding musician. What a brilliant way to introduce children to music while encouraging them to explore their own musical pathways.

There are so many special events that make up the Children's Music Network annual conferences. Our Magic Penny Award was established in 1999 to honor the namesake Malvina Reynolds.

This year we are so excited to honor Greg & Steve who just celebrated their 50th anniversary of making music for children, family and educators.

Join us in Philly this year for this special celebration of music and memories to honor and learn from this iconic duo.

The award ceremony will be held Sunday, Sept. 27th from 10:45am to 12:00pm at the Sheraton Suites Philly Airport (4101 B Island Ave. Philadelphia, PA)

We will also be hosting a Q and A with Greg and Steve. (11:20 AM -12:20 PM Saturday, Sept. 26th) by @danasmusicplayground

What a fun and fabulous night I had at the Hollywood Independent Music Awards last week! It was such a blast getting all fancy and hanging with my awesome, talented music friends. (Wish I'd taken more pics with everyone!) Even though I didn't take home the trophy, I still felt like a winner just being a nominee at this super cool event. Congrats to all the winners and nominees, and THANK YOU for inviting me to the party, @him_awards !! 🙏🎶😎

I've been traveling for the past month and slow to post, but I am thrilled and so excited that my song, “WHERE (Can It Be)” from my album, “Wonder FULL” is a finalist in the prestigious @intercontinental_music_awards ! THANK YOU, ICMAs!!

This awards program truly lifts up, supports and shines a light on independent artists from all over the world, and I am extremely honored to have been recognized by them. I am grateful!😊

Of course, I share this accolade with my producer and partner, Brian Sargent @sargesound , who played several instruments and sang harmonies on the song, and @ejouellette3rd who lit up the track with his fiddle! I am so thankful to them for helping to make “WHERE…” so fun! 🎶💜
