There’s a good chance you’ve seen one of my listings show up as Withdrawn this past week. Some people will assume it didn’t sell.Some will assume something went wrong.Here’s what you won’t see.Three rounds of professional listing photos.A full property video.Marketing dollars invested to put the home in front of qualified buyers.Vendor meetings. Countless conversations.A strategy built from day one.And most importantly…19 buyers requested to see the home.19 opportunities.Those requests were repeatedly denied.This business has reminded me of something this year.You can nail the pricing.You can create incredible marketing.You can generate thousands of views.You can have buyers excited enough to schedule showings.But if they can’t walk through the front door, they won’t write an offer.At some point, continuing to market a home that isn’t available to be shown isn’t serving anyone.So today, I made the decision to release the listing.No drama.We are no longer the right fit.
