A year has come and gone since I started waking up at 4:50AM to hang out with a bunch of men in a dark parking lot. Little did I know how much it would change my life.

@f3nation_official helped me find my brothers. As I get older, fitness is not optional, it’s an absolute necessity, and knowing that I can find groups like this all over the world - wherever I may go - helps me see that that’s not a scary thing, but something I wanna dive headfirst into!

We finish every workout the right way: praying, drinking coffee, and talking real life across every trade, age, and background. What more could you ask for?

A huge thank you to everyone who rocked with us for the 20th Anniversary of This Too Shall Pass last night!

The fans who made it out were the undisputed highlight, of course… But the best surprise was this brilliant baker, who surprised us with these incredible The Fold themed cupcakes. We thought our fans everywhere might enjoy them just as much. This reunion really brought to light the fact that, as these cupcakes depict, this band is a true BROTHERHOOD! No one was left out from this era or the present lineup, and we were all genuinely pumped to reconnect - we celebrated all the members of THE FOLD, past and present, equally. ❤️

My beautiful, creative 16 year old daughter! Wow, it’s amazing to watch you make your way in this crazy world, always making it a point to keep Jesus first. I loved spending the morning together, even if we had to go to the armpit of human existence (the DMV).

Parenting, man… not gonna lie I’ve been a puddle putting this together just now. I love these kiddos so much, and it just goes SO fast! Feels like you’re constantly letting go, or adjusting to their new levels of autonomy, a little bit more each year… “When the time we have now ends… When the big hand goes round again” 🥹
