Citadel will be running happy hour specials until 8pm for select food and drink items from their menu. As a thank you for participating, they will continue to provide a 10% discount on drinks for the duration of the evening.

Hey, I’m Jennifer 🇭🇹💃🏽

A little about me — I love God, and I have a deep passion for Konpa. My journey started with my father, my very first dance instructor 💛

After moving to the DMV, my love for dance grew even more. I began exploring different styles like kizomba, semba, bachata, and more—training through private lessons, group classes, and traveling to festivals.

What started as simply social dancing turned into teaching—first at a friend’s restaurant, and now into something so much bigger ✨

I’m finally taking the leap and sharing my passion with you all… and I can’t wait to dance with you soon!

✨ Baltimore, you showed OUT! 🇭🇹💃🏽🕺🏽

Last Sunday was my first time teaching Konpa in Baltimore at Sey Gou Ayiti, aka Taste of Haiti, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity! 🙌🏽

Thank you, @bayo.konpa, for thinking of me and inviting me to be part of such an amazing event. I truly appreciate the opportunity to share my love of Konpa with the Baltimore community. ❤️

From the organizers @seygouayiti @djblacpoet , the location @stemandvinebaltimore , the food @_emmanuellas, the music by @djellegroove , and of course the Konpa dancers… everyone brought their A-game! 🔥🔥🔥 The energy was incredible from start to finish!

This is an annual event, and trust me, you DON’T want to miss it next year! 👀🇭🇹

Until next time, Baltimore! 🥰💃🏽

Got my 🇭🇹konpa fix at the third annual @seygouayiti in Baltimore🥹 The event featured Haitian-American food, Haitian rum tasting & drinks, and of course Haitian konpa music & dance class by @dance_with_jenn. I really missed dancing konpa this summer🥲 and can't wait for the next event🎉✨ by @dance_with_jenn
