When in #andalucía 🥰💕💕! Let’s take a moment to remember this goldie 💕! “#El Porompompero” is a classic Spanish #copla that became a cultural icon thanks to Manolo Escobar in the 1960s. It has that vibrant rhythm and catchy “porompompero” chorus, which reflects the joy, pride, and passion of traditional #andalusian music and dance. The song’s playful spirit is often tied to #flamenco💃 style dances, ferias, and Spanish folk celebrations, making it a symbol of Spain’s musical heritage. From village festivals to international stages, “El Porompompero” keeps the soul of Spain dancing! The song was featured in the classic Egyptian movie “Moasker El Banat “ with an iconic dancing scene between star “Nawal Abulfotouh “ and Star “ #Samir_Sabry “ @viveandalucia @cadizturismo @ig_andalucia_ #dancyology #dance_zai_zaman #SpanishTradition #Copla #FlamencoVibes #SpainCulture #folkloreespañol #lebenindeutschland #womenempowerment #tanzen #elporompompero #lebenindeutschland #egyptiandance #orientaldance #lebeninfrankfurt #bodyconfidence #andalusia #andalusianvibes #cadiz #ocean #dancing #beachdance #الاندلس by @dance_zai_zaman
Because many of you is asking about the name , here is the explanation for non-Egyptian speakers ☺️ I chose that name when I started my dancing sessions back in 2020. The name explains the main principle of the sessions, not only the dancing style and movement, rather those golden vibes from old time. Doing that in a cheerful, powerful and safe social environment to empower ladies to unleash their spirit by connecting to their bodies through dancing techniques. #dancyology #tanzen #dance_zai_zaman #egyptiandance #womenempowerment #lebenindeutschland #orientaldance #germany #lebeninfrankfurt #bodyconfidence #فرانكفورت #الرقص_الشرقي_في_السينما by @dance_zai_zaman
🤩💃 Diesen Workshop habe ich der Seele meines geliebten Vaters gewidmet 🤍 Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Workshop heute 💕💕 Und vergesst nicht: „Dance Zai Zaman“ (Tanzt wie in alten Zeiten) ✨ English : This one is different 💜 I had the pleasure to share my workshop today with awesome ladies from diverse culture backgrounds as part of this creative program „Mia_kurs für Frauen“ to empower immigrants women in Germany. We discussed about what dancing means to each one of us, as well as we shared thoughts about different types of dancing from different cultures. And also about the miss conception of some heritage dancings, and that they are not for women, and we agreed that next time we will learn these 🤩💃. I dedicated the workshop to the soul of my beloved father 🤍 Thanks a lot for this awesome workshop today 💕💕and remember to „Dance Zai Zaman“ @j4r_jobs4refugees by @dance_zai_zaman
The Dancing #Matcha! … You know I did not learn dancing !!! I simply cannot function in any other way other than dancing. I see dancing patterns in everything around me even if it is a cup of Matcha, and maybe it’s only me seeing these, but that’s “Me”. This is how I connect things whenever I hear music. This is how I see people and This is how I can feel people. I can tell a lot about someone from the vibes that I get from them when dancing. This is how my neuro system is working. This is how my body and brain are working. This is how I a@ kept grounded and balanced. It’s not just movement, It’s more than that. It’s a way of life. It’s the way that my body is breathing and speaking 🤍 #dance_zai_zaman #dancyology #tanzen by @dance_zai_zaman

What makes her performance truly special is how she showcased different styles of Egyptian dance—each one delivered with breathtaking creativity. She didn’t just embody the classic Egyptian dancer from the golden age of oriental dance, but also revived the spirit of the Awalim dances from the era of Sayed Darwish, as well as the vibrant Ghawazi style rooted in Upper Egypt. Even though all these forms share the same core Egyptian dance technique, each one carries its own rhythm—shaped by the music—and its own soul, reflecting the audience it was created for. 💕💞 #dance_zai_zaman by @dance_zai_zaman

„Manifestion if it were a song „ 🥰 The famous Do re me song of Julie Andrews from #the_sound_of_music classical movie produced in 1965. I used to watch the sound of music movie with my family when I was a kid & we used to sing the do re me song .. years later l used to sing it for my kids when they were younger.. I was so excited when I knew that the kids will be playing the sound of music play this year. Thanks to @stagecoach_frankfurtwest 🤍💕🥰 The Egyptian version in the video is played by the amazing star Nelly und the musician #omar_khorshid on his famous guitar. It is a blend of a classical piece of music with the oriental Egyptian tones on a guitar and was produced in 1975 . #نيللى#عمرخورشيد #dance_zai_zaman by @dance_zai_zaman
💕This video tells the story of a dream of a young #egyptian girl that came true after many years. The ” #el_porompompero “ couple dance you see here — though not in high resolution — was a scene from a classic Egyptian film titled “ Girl’s Summer Camp”. 📽️I remember watching this dance for the very first time years ago when I was a kid, i loved the scene so much and I became deeply attached to the song, the music, and the movements 🎵. I would wait every time the movie aired on TV, -as online streaming was not affordable back then -just to watch that dance. As a child, I didn’t fully understand what was happening within me, my body was silently memorizing the movements. Years later, whenever I hear Spain, Spanish guitar, flamenco, Spanish dancing, or Andalusia, that scene would immediately come back to me — and my body would recall every gesture it had absorbed in my childhood .😍 It was a dream that lived in the back of my mind. I envisioned it many times: performing to this song. “where or when ? “ I had no idea. I always longed to bring it to life — outside my imagination, outside the four walls of my room. Fast forward through the years, I met many Spanish people, learned different kinds of dances, and watched countless flamenco performances. And then, this year, we planned a trip to Spain — to Andalusia, for the very first time. Finally, I thought, I will be there to perform my favorite song. The childhood song I once tried to imitate when I was alone in my room. I prepared for the journey in my studio, as you can see in the video — doing once again what I used to do as a child, rehearsing those steps and preparing for the trip. And then, I had the chance to create an unforgettable memory: 💃performing El Porompompero by the ocean, in #cadiz . “ full video here on my profile👉” Now I wonder , When people did not have access to the satellites or internet And think how these two great Egyptian actresses and the cast of the movie that have been filmed in 60s. How did they do it? How much effort did they do to learn about arts from foreign cultures 💕 by @dance_zai_zaman
When in @nomadmuseo 🤩 ✨🕺 “Yes Sir, I Can Boogie” by Baccara (1977) Although sung in English, Baccara was a Spanish female duo (Mayte Mateos and María Mendiola). The song was a massive disco 🪩 hit in Europe and remains a classic of the era. It topped charts in multiple countries and became a disco anthem. by @dance_zai_zaman
