Been grateful to have these spaces to explore the realm of coaching students in strength & conditioning! For years I have thrived & loved the creative realm of things but I am so eager to truly bring attention to the importance of training and SHOWING UP within your dance equally as much. As I continue to move forward as both creative and athlete I wish to share the love of the whole PROCESS with the next generation & this is where it’s starts… in the studio. What an Honour to be able to share in this way💥
