Straight to heart vibes ❤️‍🔥

Every time I dance with Chris, we always prioritize connection, playfulness, and being present — how are we staying grounded and connected to our basic? what is the music telling us? and how am i interpreting it/making conversation with my partner? 💭

This was the exact focus of our last workshop at Dame Tu Pasito — how can we really strip it back and solely focus on our basics? How can we create magic without overdoing it? + our cadera action of course 🥰🤭
