There is so much more to dance at DanceForce than just attending classes, learning routines and becoming an amazing dancer 😉

Dance is so often underestimated as a sport, but the impact it has on children mentally is incredible 💭✨

We're learning every day just how much hobbies like this shape who our children become and how they navigate life later on 🤍

At DanceForce, dancers can train as much or as little as they like, but the opportunity to grow is always there. On average, most of our students come to us 2 - 4 times per week… that’s around 8 hours 💃

8 hours of no screen time 📵
8 hours of discipline, routine and commitment 💪
8 hours of building friendships and learning that everyone is different and that’s okay 🤝
8 hours of celebrating their own wins and cheering on others 🫶
8 hours of facing fears, whether that’s stepping on stage or trying something new 🎭

And one of the biggest lessons of all… learning to lose.

In dance, the highs are incredible and the lows can feel tough. But the real growth comes from picking yourself back up, taking on feedback, understanding not every day will go your way, and still showing up with a smile, supporting your friends through it all 🤍

We're so proud to have built a school that encourages a supportive but fair environment, where every child is nurtured, challenged and celebrated every step of the way 💫 by @danceforcepaa

Good luck to our small but mighty team competing at @euphoria_danceevents_yorkshire Chamionship weekend! 🌟

Molly, Emily, Etta, Florence R, Ailsa and Olivia we are so proud of you all! Go and dance and sing your hearts out 🤍

Also a huge well done to all our students who qualified for the champs but unfortunately due to CYD being this weekend clashes have meant they’ve not been able to take part.
