“To know the thread of life on an intimate level and trust the way it sews.”

A sentence I underlined in my journal one afternoon reflecting on this current experience with the sea and all my recent life changing choices. How I have learned to embody and live the concept of surrender and flow through what I have encountered with the element of water.

Being held by the vastness of the ocean during the biggest transition of my life has been the most supportive alchemy. An affirmative guide. An essence of trust I haven’t quite found the words for.

Thank you @breeesea and @polly.jacko for creating this space💧🐋🤍 it is everything I didn’t know I needed.

And thank you to everyone who organized, judged, participated and came down to watch🙏🏽

Insane surfing all around from the team event to the men and women’s longboarding ~ all the competitors put on an incredible show and displayed their style / skills to the fullest. Truly epic to watch!

I never would have been out in these conditions on a 9’7 if it weren’t for the inspiration from @dhea.natasya @christinaleeryu @soojin_p sending it in these waves! Way to go ladies❤️‍🔥

Freedom in self expression.

One of the greatest gifts in this life as human beings.

It takes courage to share your soul but the result of it is quite spectacular.

The feeling you get within.

The way the simple act of being you can inspire others to be their authentic self.

It connects us on a level that cannot be put into words, it’s simply a feeling.

Often the best rewards come from the scariest choices we make in our life. The choices we make when there is no clear outcome. It’s the underlying belief and faith in oneself and what they are called to that brings them forward on their path and allows the floodgates of abundance to open and flow with grace. by @dancelightly_

Everything is temporary but that shouldn’t stop us from feeling fully or loving deeply. To be moved, transformed, impacted by moments and people and places is to live life to the fullest.

The ending of one thing is the beginning of the next.

Energy never dies, it only evolves. So that energy, that spirit, exists within you because of something, somewhere, or someone that you loved will always be part of you, just in a new way — for the next experience.

We cannot gain without losing. So when we lose it is not a sign to stop, it is a sign that we are exactly on the path we are supposed to be on and the only option is to continue moving forward.

It’s not always easy to walk through the next door, sometimes it’s quite literally the scariest thing you feel like you’ll ever do, but more often than not… that door that we open reveals the best gift yet.
