Yesterday, Marquette Dance Marathon had the honor of attending the grand opening of 7Brew on Brown Deer Road! We were honored to proudly accept a $1,000 check on behalf of Children’s Wisconsin! We are incredibly grateful to 7Brew for their generosity and commitment to supporting the kids and families at Children’s WI. We were so excited to share this special moment with 7Brew and kick off their grand opening! Thank you to everyone who came out, showed their support, and helped celebrate this new location! Yesterday some of our Exec Board members had the opportunity to tour Children’s WI and see where our funds have been going. Fundraising for Childlife not only provides toys and other resources, but also pet therapy for the kiddos! Getting to see where our fundraising has been going towards, first hand, is such a rewarding experience that truly reminds us why we do what we do! #mudm #marquetteuniversity #childrenswi #childlife #dancemarathon by @dancemarathonmu

Each year, thousands of kids are diagnosed with cancer. Each one of the flags placed on central mall represent 1000 kids diagnosed with childhood cancer this past year. These flags are more than a display. They represent the children and families whose lives have been changed forever by pediatric cancer, and remind us why we do what we do. All kids deserve to just be kids: Every child deserves the chance to grow up, dream big, and just be a kid. While today’s Children’s Wisconsin Rally Round event was canceled, our commitment to supporting kids and families doesn’t stop.

This weekend, Marquette University Dance Marathon is rallying together from wherever we are to make an impact for the patients and families at Children’s Wisconsin.

We’re turning this weekend into a MUDM fundraising push — and we want YOU to be part of it!
Our goal: $1000
