What is Dance Meets Tantra?

It’s a practice.
A way of being.
A body of work that infuses dance with more freedom, aliveness, connection, ritual, depth, and presence.

This work includes and transcends dance.
How we show up to the dance floor is how we show up to Life.
The invitation at the core of our immersions is to come fully alive through the dance - and for that to ripple into every aspect of your life.

We don’t just dance at Dance Meets Tantra.
We weave potent rituals and exercises that explore relationship, shadow, love, self-expression, and eros.

Yes, we dare to work with eros.
To come fully alive requires the whole channel to open - head, heart, and base.

We permission and welcome eros, not only for the sake of accessing greater freedom and connection,
But also as an alchemical tool to excavate, unwind, and express dense emotions.

This is part of what makes Dance Meets Tantra so unique -
we deliberately dance with grief, fear, shame, and rage -
not as opposites to joy and celebration, but as necessary conduits to wholeness and liberation.

Working with eros is edgy.
To do this work, we build a foundation of solidarity, attunement, and consent.
This is how Dance Meets Tantra creates a container for erotic energy to emerge consciously, and to serve the group field.

And you know what, it’s not always sexy.
This work will bring you to your knees.
But we go there together.

This is how we re-write old scripts.
This is how we feel ourselves like never before.

The love field of this experience was enormous.
Personally, I felt like I was on love drugs for four straight days… while simultaneously holding the biggest offering of my life.

We made a new world. Not just a peak experience.
A movement that is still reverberating months later. Creative projects, collaborations, relationships still blossoming from REVEL.

We’re calling you in- you permissionary, you leader, you ritual artist, you dance shaman. The next evolution of Dance Meets Tantra’s facilitator training is here…

This reel was filmed during the absolute 🔥🔥🔥first year of this training.

Potent humans, alive field, and a major sold-out success. It also showed us how much more this training can become.

So we went back in- we listened to what worked, what was missing and what would be required to create a more complete journey through embodiment, eros, relational intelligence, dance, facilitation and leadership.

The new Embodied Eros Facilitator Training is now a six-month journey with 18 days of in-person training across three modules, biweekly online teachings, individual mentorship and significantly more space for practice, feedback and integration.

There is a subtle art and science to facilitating the field and to safely invite deep embodiment and Eros.

We don’t only want people to experience the magic. We want them to understand what makes it possible and become embodied, perceptive and trustworthy facilitators who are integrated, alive and capable of becoming living transmissions of the work.

One of the most beautiful things we are witnessing in the people who graduated from Embodied Eros Facilitator Training is how much they’re going for it. Taking the steps to live their passion, bringing their gifts into the world, creating the spaces they wish existed, and committing to the work their souls are here to do.

Kaviar is one of those people, and hearing him speak about finding more strength, seeing where he holds himself back, and bringing his work from his soul into the world touches us deeply. He’s a recent graduate and now an apprentice facilitator with Dance Meets Tantra, and we have all loved getting to witness his unfolding.

This training is about becoming a powerful facilitator, and what we keep seeing is how deeply that journey moves through the rest of people’s lives. How they lead, how they relate, how they trust themselves, and how willing they become to actually offer what’s inside them.

It’s where the Truth emerges.
The truth of your desires, fears, and boundaries.

It’s where intimacy flourishes.
The intimacy of taking off the masks and revealing yourself.

It’s where pleasure comes alive.
The pleasure of taking the time to FEEL your body.

It’s where freedom lives.
The freedom to choose your most authentic Yes in every unfolding moment.

THEY CAN SMELL YOU
(Numb Leaders, Leaky Leaders)

As a leader, your body is always transmitting something.

Before you even open your mouth, before you even enter the room, people have a sense of the vibration of you. Even if they can't articulate it, they can smell some of what you are made of.

Are you a leader who is trying to hide something? Who is overriding their own body to even be in the room right now? Or subconsciously trying to satisfy their need to be seen, adored, pedestalized?

Or do you really live your truth? All the way down into your bones, with full aliveness?

Eros in leadership is the ability to vibrate your truth through your whole being. It moves through two bodies -

1) Through your emotional body. People feel you, your passion and what you care about.

2) Through your physical etheric body. People feel your truth in your blood and bones. You are here, a force to be reckoned with. Your cells are communicating with their cells, and they get you at an animal level.

The world does not need more convincing leaders. The world needs leaders who can embody their truth, all the way in, all the way down.

And Eros is powerful. It magnetizes, vibrates, and casts spells. If we don't bring conscious awareness to it and learn how to work with it, it leaks ALL over the place.

If you do not understand how your Eros works and weaves as a leader, you are an unconscious magician. You don't know what spells you are casting, and you won't know what to do with the projections that come back your way.

I might have the right look, gender, age, or appearance that matches the picture you might date or hook up with.

But chances are that romance or sex could be the least interesting or valuable exchange that could take place between us.

We can only find out if we slow down enough to unwind the conditioned patterns embedded in our nervous systems.

If you are feeling attraction to me, will you slow down enough to feel into “WHY?”

What is the truth of the eros flowing between us?

Can we breathe, listen, and spiral down through the layers?

Maybe instead of romance or sex there is something we’re meant to create, or there is a friendship or a projection that if we can integrate, could make a huge difference in one of our lives?

Maybe what starts as a sense of romantic attraction will result in tears flowing or a tender platonic embrace?

We’ll only actually know if we can move at a pace that invites subtlety and awareness.

Eros is so intelligent.

Sometimes it’s guiding us towards a romantic love.

Sometimes eros just wants evolution or awakening that can take many different shapes.

It’s TIME.

We are just under 1 week away from Wild Edge at Earthdance.
If you’re on the fence, hemming and hawing, looking for a sign - here it is.

Maybe you have no idea what happens on a 4 day DMT immersion.
Maybe you think you have an idea of what happens.
Either way, it is most definitely a step into the unknown.
A surrendering to the mystery.

Even us on the facilitation team - with all our plans and intentions - still bow to the mystery of the Wild Edge.
We’d be fools to make too many plans for this one.

Maybe you’ve been feeling it this eclipse~equinox season.
Life is wild right now.
Unpredictable, turbulent, edgy, and wild.

These are the kinds of times that call for trust.
Not a resigned, throw your hands up, kind of trust.
A bold and faithful trust.
A trust that says: I don’t know what’s coming, and I’m ready.

If there’s one thing we can say with relative certainty about these wild times, it’s this:
We can’t do it alone.
We need spaces to do the deep work.
And we need people who can meet us in those depths.

We don’t know exactly what will happen next weekend at Earthdance.
But it will most certainly be profound, wild, and edgy.
And we’re ready for you.

So, take this moment to slow down and feel.

You are no stranger to the dance floor.
You know how to drop into your body and let the music pulse through you.
You can smoothly make your way into a sweet contact flow.
You may even be comfortable in spaces with erotic energy.
And yet, there is still a depth of connection and aliveness that you know is possible but have not quite experienced.
The best dances, the sweetest contact, and the hottest connections still do not touch that deeper longing.
There are layers of your being ready to unfurl.
Ready to be felt.
Expressed.
Seen.
You can only go as deeply with others as you have gone in yourself.
When we really slow down to feel those deeper layers, that is where Dance Meets Tantra.
Slow and Deep takes place October 9 to 11, 2026 at Unity of Boulder Spiritual Center in Colorado.

Surprise, FLORIDA 🌴

This December, I’m bringing my boyfriend home for the holidays. 🥹❤️

Spencer and I are heading to South Florida to spend time with my family, and while we’re there we’ve teamed up with the wonderful Kim, a local community leader, to bring Dance Meets Tantra to Florida for the very first time.

On December 19 in Fort Lauderdale, we’ll be offering an Ecstatic Evening. A one-night immersion and a chance to taste the DMT field without needing to commit to an entire weekend.

There is already so much excitement coming from the local community about finally bringing this work to South Florida, and I have a feeling this one may fill quickly.
