WEEKEND SPOTLIGHTS 🌟
A big exciting weekend for two of our Mixx dancers!!
Aoife (one of our graduating seniors), attended the prestigious Pace University’s Fall intensive and audition. Dublin kicked off convention season at Journey Dance Connection with a 50% off scholarship to attend next season. Congrats to both on exciting things!! Wishing all of our dancers a great convention season !!

The Open Road 🛣️🚙
@dancemixxstudionj

This is one that is going to stick with me for a long time. This past season, I wanted to create a piece that was a letter to the dancers in it. “The Open Road” is about how lucky we are to find our people. I feel so grateful to work with these artists who work so hard to bring every piece to life and truly act like a team.

To our grad seniors: remember that wherever you go on the Open Road, these will always be your people. Go out and enjoy the ride. 💙

This performance won 1st Overall & Outstanding Choreography 🔐#headisupthenitsdown #ride #lockin by @dancemixxstudionj

Wow… “No Light” is officially an award-winning film 🕯️

A huge thank you to @tiffanyhartman.tv for everything. Thank you for bringing so many of my favorite projects to life so beautifully over the years. I’m so grateful for your creativity and talent.

A big thank you to @dancemixxstudionj for giving us the space and opportunity to create something like this.

And a huge thank you to the dancers in this piece and their families for trusting me with their talent. None of this would be possible without such an incredible group of dancers who showed up, locked in, and gave this piece their all.

Submitted on a whim just to see what would happen, and somehow, we did it. We created this piece in one rehearsal and filmed it the next day. Feeling incredibly grateful that this little project turned into something so special🖤 @newyorkintfilmawards by @dancemixxstudionj

What Goes Around 🎡

The teen small group I set this past season for @dancemixxstudionj. So proud of this group for all the hard work they put into this one. One could say What Goes Around Comes Back Around… because it definitely paid off. Going to miss this one♥️
