🖤🕷️ Bury A Friend CHAIR DANCE. 🕷️🖤

I CANNOT believe these women pulled off this AMAZING performance after learning the choreography in just 3 CLASSES! 🤯🔥 They were an absolute 💣💣💣!!

I’m so proud of this group and SO grateful for their commitment to showing up each week, learning the choreo, and coming to our performance dressed, prepared, and ready to SLAY. 🖤👠 The energy, the confidence, the ATTITUDE?! This went even better than I ever imagined, and I’m still riding the high! 😭✨

A huge shoutout to @it.jillian for capturing all of our performances with this AMAZING footage! 🎥🫶🏽 There’s so much more to share, so keep your eyes peeled for more videos coming soon! 👀

This was everything I hoped this series would be and MORE. I cannot wait to see what we create for our next one! 🎃💋

September ✈️

September is a little shorter because I’ll be on vacation September 19–26! ✈️🌴

We’ll still have plenty of opportunities to dance before I leave, and don’t worry—I’m making up for the shorter month with fuller schedules in October😏

Consider September our little warm-up for everything coming this fall. 🍂💃🏾

October 🧛🏼‍♀️🎃

October is getting THEMED, because there was simply no way I was going to let spooky season pass us by. 😂🧛🏼‍♀️

Every class will feature either an obviously Halloween-inspired song OR something pulled from some of my favorite vampire movies. 🩸🦇

So expect a month of dark, dramatic, sexy, spooky energy across Dance Choreo, Heels, Chair, and our monthly pop-up.

Costumes may not be required…but getting into character is always encouraged. 😏🎃

November 🍂🤎

November brings us back to our regularly scheduled dancing, with Thanksgiving off to enjoy the holiday. 🦃

And in the spirit of the month, I want this one to be about gratitude—not just for this community, but for the movement our bodies allow us to experience.

Our bodies don’t have to move perfectly to deserve celebration. They get to learn, play, sweat, feel sexy, be silly, try something new, and DANCE. 💃🏾

So this month, we’re moving with a little extra gratitude. 🤎

December 🎂🎄

It’s my birthday month!!! 🥳🎂💃🏾 by @dancer.makizzle

🍑 SASSY, SPICY & A WHOLE LOTTA ATTITUDE! 🔥

DONDATTA by Dawin had us WORKING! This one was so much fun, full of sass, and serving plenty of 🍑. 😂

It was a longer choreo, but when everyone said they wanted to keep learning, we just kept going! A little overtime never hurt when the vibes are this good. 💃🏽

Definitely a new favorite for the books, and don’t worry… this one WILL be making a comeback! 😉

Who’s ready for round two?!

Thanks @it.jillian for helping me out with this one🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

🐭💋 “I’m a sexy mouse, duh.” 💋🐭

Channeling our inner Regina George with “Sexy” by Avantika from the Mean Girls movie musical! 💅🏼🔥

This trio was giving SEXY, SASSY, and FAST! 💖 The choreo was moving, the attitude was on point, and my ladies absolutely NAILED it! 👠✨

And of course, I had to add a little accessory. 🐭🎀 Because on Wednesdays… wait, what day is it? 😂💋

🖤🔪 CANNIBAL ENERGY. NO SURVIVORS. 🔪🖤

Tonight’s Dance Choreo was a DUO! 💃🏽🔥 We had a few last-minute cancellations, but I said it before and I’ll say it again: as long as one person shows up, we’re dancing! 🙌🏽

And honestly? She absolutely CRUSHED this one! 😮‍💨🖤 The choreo was quick to pick up, the energy was there, and Kesha understood the assignment. 🎶

I do wish the video quality had done this one justice, but trust me when I say she KILLED it! 🔥 This is definitely one I’m putting on the list to bring back. 👀✨ Sometimes the smallest classes bring the biggest energy!

🍂🌅 Summertime Sadness by Lana Del Rey just hits a little different when summer starts turning into fall. 🥀💃🏽

A small trio tonight, but the vibes were EVERYTHING. 🖤✨ We leaned into the music, embraced the sensuality, and let the movement speak for itself.

Summer is slowly slipping away, and a new season is right around the corner. 🍁 I wonder what this next chapter will bring… in dance and beyond. 👀💋

⚡️ TOO FAST? NEVER. 😮‍💨🔥

We brought back “Fast” by Demi Lovato and whew… this one did NOT disappoint! 💃🏽 We played with the fast AND the slow, welcomed some familiar faces back, and our regulars showed up strong as always. 🙌🏽

The choreo was giving, the energy was high, and the SWEAT was definitely sweating! 🥵🔥 Sometimes you just have to bring a good one back and see if it hits just as hard the second time around. Spoiler: IT DID. 😏💖

Missed this one? Come catch the next class! All levels, good vibes, and room to move at your own pace. ✨

🖤⛓️ A little dark. A little taboo. A little S&M. 😈🥀

Halloween season has me embracing the darker, sexier side of dance. Rihanna said “S&M,” and we understood the assignment. 🔥🕷️

Serving attitude, sensuality, and just the right amount of wicked. Because who says a little movement can’t be a little dangerous? 💋🖤

Tonight’s heels class was a 🖤🖤 little quartet and so much fun! 👠✨

I’m especially thankful to my friend @yessica.torressss for letting me use her choreography to “Dark Horse” by Katy Perry ft. Juicy J after the very stressful weekend I had. 🫶🏽 Sometimes you just need to put on some heels, learn some choreography, and dance it out. 💃🏽🔥

So grateful for these women who showed up and made tonight such a fun one! 💕

Biggest class yet! 🥹💃🏾 8 dancers + me, and everyone showed up! We had several new faces in the room, which was so amazing to see, and everyone absolutely got the choreo down!

We danced to “Pretty Girls Walk” by Big Boss Vette — fun, sassy, and exactly the energy I was feeling tonight. 💅🏾✨ No mirrors meant another opportunity to focus on feeling the movement instead of watching it, and I LOVE seeing so many of you pull out your phones to record yourselves! 📱💖

To everyone who came for the first time tonight: I hope you felt welcomed, had a good time, and left feeling a little more confident than when you walked in. I’d love to see you again! 🫶🏾

Sorry @jade.ember.dances that you got cut off in the beginning😭 You crushed it!
