✨ Noel is back in town with one of his favourite choreographies, “Moh Moh Ke Dhaage” ❤️ Attending Noel’s workshops feels like therapy to me. Every time I step into his class, I find joy, peace, and a little more of myself through dance. 🥹❤ Dc @alexander_noel_janam Space @dance.inn.bangalore taken in Bangalore, India by @danceramya2023

Some choreographies keep calling you back until you feel you’ve truly done them justice! ❤️‍🔥

Not chasing perfection, but refining the moves, adding my own improvisation, working on the expressions, and making the choreography feel more me. 💃✨

And of course… a good dose of sweat and cardio along the way! 🔥😄

Kaantha, you beauty! ❤️

Two days. So much learning. So many emotions. So much to take back with me. ❤️✨

A truly intense and beautiful Bharatanatyam Adavu Workshop with Manu Master — an experience that I will cherish for a very long time.

Every adavu, every posture, every movement and every correction taught me something new. Beyond the steps, it was the passion, discipline and depth of the art that made these two days so special.

A heartfelt thank you to Manu Master for sharing his knowledge and guiding us with so much patience, dedication and love for Bharatanatyam. 🙏❤️

A very special thank you to @keerthanaanil350 and @pranav.deva for being such wonderful support throughout the workshop — demonstrating, guiding, correcting and helping us with every movement and pose. Your energy and patience made the learning experience even more beautiful. ❤️

And a heartfelt thank you to @pooja_ranjith_kumar @manuthekkoot for organising this beautiful event and bringing us this wonderful opportunity to learn from Manu Master. Your effort in putting this together gave us two truly memorable days of learning and inspiration. 🌸🙏

I came back with tired feet, a full heart and an even deeper love for dance. Some workshops teach you steps, but some leave you with an experience that stays with you. This was definitely one of them. ✨

And to @simha__unscripted , thank you for capturing these beautiful moments so perfectly. 📸❤️ These photographs will always be a beautiful reminder of two very special days of learning, dancing and growing.

Forever grateful for this experience, the people who made it happen, and the beautiful memories created along the way. 🙏❤️
