Thank you 2024 for all the experiences. From an ACL repair, to reconnecting with an elementary crush, to adopting my crazy bluenose pitty Aleister, to buying a house, to quitting my corporate job, to opening an investigations firm with @cedreicer, to performing again…and all of these experiences have reminded me to always live MY TRUTH!!! I’m ready to take on 2025!! by @dancerj9

Things 2023 taught me:

* Not everything is forever
* Love is only unconditional between a parent and child
* All relationships do not have happy endings
* Letting go of control
* Giving myself space
* Holding space for others
* Grieving is a process
* Feelings are felt best in silence
* Sit with your emotions
* Healing takes time
* Being alone is bravery
* Not always having to be strong
* It’s ok to ask for help
* Loving and caring for myself is not selfish
* Lessons create healthy boundaries
* Change is good and welcomed
* Being afraid means I’m going in the right direction
