Flexibility isn’t built in one stretch. It takes consistency, patience, proper technique… and apparently a little bit of suffering 😂

Stretch with intention, listen to your body, and remember: progress comes from consistency, not forcing your way into a split.

The last clip is exactly how we feel after all of that stretching 🫠 taken in Dubai,UAE by @dancewithmar

I let my student do the voiceover for this one 🥹🩰 I love hearing how she sees our ballet class from her perspective. Should I let them take over the voiceovers more often? 😂 taken in Dubai - دبى by @dancewithmar

So proud of my student Emily 🌟 After 2 months away from dance, I wasn’t sure what to expect but she came back with so much heart and determination. She learned this contemporary routine in just 45 minutes, and I couldn’t be prouder of her progress, focus, and beautiful energy. Keep shining, Emily 💫✨
