I'm a strong advocate of finding time to de-stress, especially as a student. In my uni days, dance was my way of connecting with myself, recharging and detaching from the hustle and bustle of life. It was my way of prioritising my mental health. Each time I dance, I feel a sense of peace & joy which I would love to share with the world. It's truly a magical feeling and I hope everyone gets to feel that as often as possible. It may not be dance for you but find your "it".

@bamementalhs @swansea_acs @swanseaunisu @swanseauni thank you for having me.

More videos coming soon.

A friend sent me this song moments ago and the Igbo woman in me said hold me beer* 🤭

It’s just something about the culture that makes me smile! I cannot explain it but if you know, you know.

Greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world 🌍🤎
Chinecherem: The One who thinks for me aka the One who has my best interests at heart. I remain in awe of Gods faithfulness upon my life. #savedbygrace

PS: I may live in athleisure most of the time but, don’t get it twisted 🤪.
