Consent gets REAL easy to understand when you’re the one saying no. 👀

Gay bars have a funny way of turning “mixed signals” into a crystal-clear lesson about personal space, boundaries, and unwanted attention.

Turns out consent was never that complicated after all. 💅🏽

No means no. Unwanted touching is unwanted touching. Respect people’s bodies. Period.

BLACKOUT FOR NOLAN WELLS. 🖤

Today, we say his name. We share his face. We refuse to let Nolan Wells become another name people scroll past and forget.

This blackout is not silence.
It’s remembrance. It’s solidarity. It’s community.

Behind the name is a life. Behind the face is a family, friends, and a community that deserves to be heard.

Today, we stand together.
For Nolan. For his family. For everyone whose heart has been touched by his life.

Say his name. Share his face. Pass it on. 🖤

Every Chihuahua thinks the doorbell is a national security emergency. 🚨🐾😂

Lola & Latte reporting for duty.
Tiny bodies. Maximum security. Zero qualifications.

Apparently I don’t have dogs. I have a private security team. 🫡

It’s Domé, bitch. 💋✨

I’ve never been very good at fitting into one box.

And somewhere along the way, I realized I was spending way too much time trying to fit into other people’s idea of me instead of actually finding myself.

The last few years have been a whole damn season of pruning. Cutting off toxic people. Starving the energy vampires. Setting boundaries. Healing. Starting over. Choosing myself.

Little by little, I’ve been letting go of who I thought I had to be and becoming more of who I actually am.

And now here comes the Harvest Moon like, baby… it’s time to collect. 🌕✨

Because you don’t do all that healing, rebuilding, crying, boundary-setting, and becoming just to stay stuck in the same place.

Some seasons are for planting.
Some are for surviving.
Some are for becoming.

This one?

I’m harvesting. 🌕🔥

First yoga workout back in a MINUTE. 🧘🏽‍♂️✨

This summer had a way of turning my life upside down, and somewhere along the way, my workouts took a backseat.

Now I’m focused on getting back into my fitness routine—not just for the physical benefits, but especially for the mental ones.

It’s MIND. BODY. SOUL.

Take care of your instrument. Pour love into it. Move it. Stretch it. Rest it. Strengthen it. Do whatever you need to do to keep yourself functioning at your best.

We only get one. 💛
Sunday Blessings… 🙏🏼
