✨WE’RE GOING TO STAGECOACH✨

First and foremost all the glory, honor, and praise to God. He has given me this passion and love for dance that I never thought I would have, and I am forever grateful

I still can’t even believe what just happened. So many hours, sweat, and tears have gone into this and now I’m done competing for the season🥹

I entered my first ever line dance comp in August 2024 in Nashville completely on a whim. I had no idea what I was doing, and I didn’t even make it past prelims. I had so much fun despite not advancing and thought it would be fun to start actually learning how to compete. The 2025 stagecoach comps were a few months later and I thought it would be fun and a good way to get comp experience. What I didn’t know was that I would meet some of my closest friends and absolutely fall in love with competing🤩

Sitting here writing this and being able to say that I’ve won a stagecoach comp is the most surreal feeling. Last season my goal was to make finals, but I knew this year I wanted to push myself to aim for a win. I want to give a massive shoutout and thank you to @alexanderloganjung for the workshops he put on for us this season, and the countless hours he has poured not only into me, but into many other dancers as well.

This season would not have been possible at all if it weren’t for all the love and support I have been given from my family and friends who pushed me to be the best version of myself that I could be! A huge shoutout to my amazing partners this season @_.cameron_stuart._ @logansoforenko @cal_oflanagan @coleman_thompson99 @djax_8 !

Lastly, the biggest thank you to Annemarie and Word in Motion for putting on these competitions and giving us this incredible opportunity🫶

See yall at stagecoach :) by @dancing.with.haley

Time for a long sappy post🙂‍↕️
This was my first year getting to dance for @wordinmotion_dance_team in Diplos Honky Tonk! I met Bri last year during comp season and we’ve been friends ever since. I distinctly remember last year her coming up to me in the honky tonk telling me she saw me dancing on the floor from the stage, and making a comment about how I would be up there with her next year. At that time it was something I could only dream of, so it was SO full circle getting to do my FIRST dance on stage right next to her🥹 I couldn’t have asked for a better first year I want to give @annemariewordinmotion the biggest thank you for this opportunity🫶
