Dancing With Lavina isn’t about being the best dancer in the room. It’s not about getting every move right or looking perfect on camera.

It’s about SHOWING UP for yourself, even when you feel nervous.
It’s about IMPROVEMENT, not perfection.
It’s about building CONFIDENCE, one class at a time.
It’s about GIRLHOOD, meeting women who hype you up instead of competing with you.
It’s about FEMININITY, expressing yourself and taking up space.
It’s about COMMUNITY, finding your people and having something to look forward to every week.

And of course… it’s about being a little bit of a BADDIE. 👠❤️‍🔥

Because there’s something special about watching a girl walk into her first class feeling shy, then slowly becoming the girl who dances with confidence, laughs with everyone and isn’t afraid to be seen.

You don’t need dance experience.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to look a certain way.

You just need to be willing to try.

My dream is for every girl who walks into my class to leave feeling a little more confident, a little more connected and a little more HER. 💗

Dancing taught me that prioritising yourself doesn’t have to mean booking a holiday, buying something expensive or completely changing your life. 🎀

Sometimes, it’s just giving yourself ONE hour a week to do something that makes you feel alive again.

One hour where you’re not someone’s employee, someone’s daughter, someone’s girlfriend or the person who has to keep everything together.

You’re just YOU. 💗

Dancing has taught me how to express emotions I didn’t even know how to put into words. To take up space without apologising. To feel comfortable being seen. To reconnect with my body instead of constantly criticising it.

And somewhere between learning choreography, laughing with the girls and dancing like nobody’s watching, I started showing up for myself differently.

Because you don’t have to earn rest.
You don’t have to wait until everything is done.
And you don’t need a reason to do something just because it makes YOU happy.

Sometimes, prioritising yourself looks like putting your phone down, stepping into a dance studio and giving yourself one uninterrupted hour to feel good. 🥹💗

And that’s exactly why I created Dancing With Lavina. A space for women to move their bodies, build confidence, make friends and remember that they deserve time for themselves, too.

You spend so much time showing up for everyone else. Maybe it’s time to show up for yourself. 🎀

3 reasons why making best friends at dance class is so easy 💗
1. You bond through doing something together. 🪩 Learning choreography, getting the moves wrong, laughing at yourselves and finally nailing it together creates shared experiences that bring people closer.
2. Everyone starts on the same level. 💕 You don’t need to know anyone or be a good dancer. You just need to show up. There’s something special about being surrounded by women who are all there to try something new, support each other and have fun.
3. You attract women who are on the same wavelength. 🎀 Women who love music, movement, fun and stepping outside their comfort zones. You already have something in common before you’ve even said hello.
And honestly, one of my favourite things about running DancingWithLavina is seeing so many girls find their tribe in class. Girls who came alone and are now best friends, making plans outside class, celebrating each other and showing up every week not just for the dancing, but for the girls. 🥹💗
