Congratulations to my dad Al and his partner Jim for 50 years of being in business and running a successful commercial real estate company ‘Keegan & Coppin’ in the North Bay of San Francisco! Thank you to all of the partners, agents, employees, families, vendors and clients who have together created this success and decades of impact! With much gratitude…🙏 by @dancoppin

Being consistent is how we see change! It is the only way to grow. It is how our results compound. Some areas of my life I am fairly consistent in, and for others I am a work in progress. I am learning new techniques, such as habit stacking, and setting up phone reminders to keep me on track with my commitments. Where are you hoping to find more consistency? One step at a time! You’ve got this! 👏🏼 taken in Truckee, California by @dancoppin

I’m only a few chapters into Dr Joe Dispenza’s book called “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself” and while I’ve skimmed it before, this time I’m really reading it! It has some powerful concepts. It’s possible I may come across some ideas that I don’t fully understand or agree with, but that’s the beauty of reading and critical thinking.

For me, this idea of our thoughts and feelings having more impact on our external circumstances than we realize is powerful! Thoughts are things! What we focus on expands!

Be challenged by new ideas, take what serves you, and leave the rest! 💥

Have you read it? What are your takeaways?

My friend Joseph @lifeofjsilva likes to remind people that “Today is the best day of your life!” It is not circumstantial. It is not mood based. It is because today is the only day. We are not promised another one. It is what we make of it. So make it the best day ever! 🤩 taken in San Diego, California by @dancoppin
