Gen IV was the best generation of Pokémon.

Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum were such fantastic additions to the Pokémon franchise. The whole Sinnoh Mythology was so interesting and gave Legendary Pokémon more meaning than just being all-powerful. Not to mention the best remakes in Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver. Those two games are two of the best Pokémon titles! A lot of trainers favorite Generation of Pokémon is Gen II just because of these games.

Not only did Gen IV have fantastic main series games but also impeccable spin-off titles such as Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky & Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia which some could argue are better than those main series games.

From top to bottom, I'm not sure another generation of Pokémon can come close to capturing the magic that Gen IV had, imo.

Happy 3rd Anniversary to Xenoblade Chronicles 3!!! 🥳🎉🥳🎉

One of my all-time favorite games and one of the most special experiences I've ever had! It's been a little over a year since I've completed this masterpiece and I still think about it to this day.

If you haven't already, I implore you all to play Xenoblade Chronicles! You will not be disappointed! One of the Greatest Video Game Series ever made!

I still can't get over how much of a masterpiece Trails in the Sky SC is!!!

I would be remiss not to mention that Sky SC was heightened by the incredible world building and the masterful finale of FC! SC takes everything great from the first entry and ramps it up tenfold. Being able to experience Estelle & Joshua's story to its conclusion was absolutely beautiful!

Just as Sky FC made me fall in love with Liberl, Sky SC made me fall in love with the characters. Estelle Bright in particular! She has become one of my favorite protagonists in gaming! Her growth, not only as a Bracer but as a person, was such a pleasure to experience! The Beach Scene, in particular, is Estelle at her best! One of my favorite moments in all of Trails! She absolutely shines (pun intended!!!)

Trails in the Sky SC was absolutely fantastic! My lofty expectations were easily exceeded! This game is PEAK Trails and one of the greatest JRPGs I've ever played!

NieR Replicant is an incredibly special experience!

The story is absolutely superb and the GOATed OST by Keiichi Okabe is hauntingly gorgeous!

Where Replicant truly shines is with the main cast of characters: NieR, Emil, Kaine, & Grimoire Weiss. Hearing their banter definitely brings some much needed lightheartedness in an overall dark & depressing experience. Each one live truly tragic lives but they all strive to create a world where they can all live happily... no matter how impossible that truly turns out to be.

Automata was a better game overall imo but that doesn't take away from the greatness that is NieR Replicant!

Persona 3 Reload is a Masterpiece!

I no life'd Persona 3 Reload back in February when it released and got the Platinum after 180ish hours! It's one of the greatest Remakes of All-Time and fixed almost all of issues I had with Persona 3 FES/Persona 3 Portable. This game is at the top of my GOTY List so far!

It'll be a hard game to top but the games I see that have the best shot at topping P3R are Stellar Blade, The Legend of Heroes: Trails Through Daybreak, & Metaphor: ReFantazio!
