God knows how long I’ve prayed for this day to come…

The day that wire hits.

The day I close my first personal deal.

The day I finally breathe a little easier knowing I can do it again.

For years, I’ve been in my own head—fighting doubt, wondering how I’d ever make this happen for myself.

But faith doesn’t waver when you put in the work.

This deal means more than the $6K I received. It’s proof that the reps, the late nights, the follow-ups… they all mattered. They all added up.

The homie @dannybuyshomes was hearing out my plan on how I want to move forward with my new found knowledge & how to grow from it.

This is more of a podcast kind of setting & definitely different than my usual posts, but I plan on putting out more content, recording seller convo’s any chance I get, & start JV’ing with partners to become a KILLER!

@squadupsummit Was the best weekend of 2025!

Not only did I SquadUp with my boy @dannybuyshomes to make the trip to Dallas, but I also got to reconnect with multiple people I’ve met with over the past couple of years to start doing business with.

From seeing good friends @thecarolinecain @chinomante to making new ones as well like @real.estate.justin @xv.king it was a trip I am so thankful I didn’t skip out on.

The speaker lineup this year was INSANE too! I got to listen to @deangraziosi @davidgoggins & @flippingmastery on how to become a better version of myself & serve others while doing so.

@pacemorby Thank you so much brother for creating a community that helped me get to where I am now. Not only did you provide the resources I needed to become more knowledgeable about real estate, but you also gave me access to the people I needed to know in my life so I can be on the team I’m on now, thriving everyday. I wouldn’t have known about @orlandosub2crew & @ivanhoealvarez if you didn’t create @subto, which got me on a BADASS team lead by @alex.theinvestor.quezada & @qthecloser

My vision is now clear, I intend on building a portfolio consisting of Co-Living & Section 8 housing. I would love to connect with individuals who have leads on these type of properties, no matter if they’re SFH or MF so I can do what I do best.

As a Closer, I would love to close these deals for commission, or for equity on the deals I want in on. Next year when I join Owners Club, I get to make @chinomante even more proud of me & give even more recognition to my mentor @qthecloser for transforming me into a MONSTER Closer!

Also, this trip wouldn’t have been possible without my beautiful mother @_maggiealdana She helped me get my ticket last year for this year SquadUp when I couldn’t do so.

I surprised myself these past few months. The Daniel many people knew last year has almost completely changed.

I turned into a Monster with the amount of deals I’ve locked up so far, doing 75 Hard, & working on some personal projects.

In 2021 I decided to pursue real estate.

I thought the best course of action was to get my Real Estate Agent’s License, find an investor to work with, learn how they invest, then some years later start investing for myself.

In 2022 I passed the End Of Course exam then passed the State exam, passing both on my first try. I joined a brokerage and immediately dove headfirst into the world of real estate.

What I thought would take me years to learn, only took me months. I was shocked at how easy it was to be a Real Estate investor. I was also scared that I made the wrong decision after I learned this.

However I moved forward & did what I felt was right at the time to make the most of myself. As an Agent.

Fast forward a couple years later to today, I decided to give up my license so I can focus on Real Estate, as an Investor.

Being in Real Estate as an Investor was always the goal. I didn’t know how I was going to achieve it. I just knew I was going to be one.

Thank you so much to everyone who supported me on my journey towards becoming an Agent. It was a necessary experience for me to have so I can do what I do now.
