HERE IT IS 🏔️ What a year in a life 🥹

Life took me to Sri Lanka, India, Netherlands and Norway and I feel like I saw, and felt so much it’s hard to describe. 🌍

I’ve been reflecting on my tricking journey a lot latelly (also after it got trendy to call +30 yrs old trickers ”uncs” 😂).

(I like to refer us as ”OG’s” btw.)

Tricking has been giving me so much and keeps giving, so why should I slow down now? The energy, freedom, therapy and the people around is something that really pushes me to talk about how important it is that you keep doing the things you enjoy even when our responsibilities grow! ✍🏼

Whatever the passion is that you have, take a good grip of that and hold on to it 🫶🏼

In this sampler I hope that you can feel the joy and the feeling what I get through tricking 🤸🏼‍♀️

And to the young guns - let’s keep pushing each other 😉🔥

Leave a like, comment or maybe a share? It means a lot to me and helps this video since I’m going against the norms in resolution and video lenght in instagram 🧡

Samplers are more rare these days but as trickers should keep them alive 🔥🤟🏽

Let us show you this beautiful part of the world in Northern Finland and Norway, through our eyes 🌍✨

It’s impossible to describe with words how beautiful places we explored.

Tricking in such beautiful places can really show how beautiful this sport can truly be also outside of the gym.

Get out, explore ✨

DIRTY AND THIRTY 🤸🏼‍♂️

(If you have time go watch this on a big screen from Youtube - maybe I can share the feeling better with you. Link in bio)

After turning 30 years young I’ve had so much fun.

”World fastest Finland-Norway roadtrip”, body is feeling good for training, tricking has been just fun - no stress, new work challenges and good people around me.

But also overexertion injuries, mental challenges over old skills and finding time to do everything etc.

I wrote more about the storyside of this sampler in the previous post and here I just want you to watch and enjoy 💜

I like to make samplers, and if you like to watch them, every like comment and share means so much to me 🫶🏽

Samplers are made for big screens so head out to YouTube if you have time in this fast world 😇

Once in a while it’s nice to play the superhero character you wanted to be as a kid 🔥

The adrenaline that’s pushing you through the intensive show and watching the faces in the audience clapping their hands together while their jaws drop open.

Their reaction reminds me of me when I first time saw those flips as a kid 🥺

It’s a weird thing - but that reminder makes me happy to look in the mirror after the show 😌

Thank you absolute beasts @lan_velychko @lukakristiann @_sanni_julia @legendtrickshows

There’s always room for new variations 🙂‍↕️

I love exploring new moves or new variations and even after over 15 years of tricking I keep learning something new.

Keep exploring - keep learning 🤸🏼‍♂️

Level 32 🏔️

Numbers feel crazy but I’m feeling really good - haha!

In next slides there’s some thoughts about leveling up! ➡️

#levelup #birthday #thoughts #gettingolder #tricking

It’s funny how I used to feel about getting older.

”After you turn 30 you start to lose all your tricks and slowly you are just fading away from the things you used to like to do”

Now I feel like getting older is just ”leveling up” while collecting experience points and I’m getting more exited about new adventures what the next year is bringing to my table.

➡️

Of course you will propably have more aches here and there and there’s more responsibilities to take care of but I really feel that 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐥𝐝.

So keep playing, keep chasing the things that make you happy.

Don’t stress about the numbers - stay young minded and enjoy the ride 🫶🏼 taken in Kozjak Waterfall by @daneuvos

Shot from the streets of Ella, Sri Lanka 📸

I’ve been on many interesting adventures during these past six months 🌍 in and outside of Finland.

I’ve been like a newborn baby and I’ve been SACRIFICING my sleep maaany nights because the world arround me is so interesting and I have many things to do 🥱

I like to work, train and travel, but if you max out on everything - you will eventually run out of petrol 😂

Now its time to fill up the tank, because the adventures are not over yet!! ⛽️

In the first photo it’s me two years ago preparing for a show in Germany. Calm and happy (and @anssi_nurmi even more relaxed). 📷 @flash.point1985

In the second photo it’s me 14 years ago preparing for s training session with the boys - seemingly scared of the basic flips 😂

Many would have said to me ”do someting productive” but I focused on my passion and kept training.

And fast forward to this moment of me writing this. I’ve surrounded my life arround flips and filming.

I’ve had the honor to share the stage, meet super talented and hard working people who also stick to their passion.

Injuries have held me back a bit during the years but now I feel like I’m more and more just enjoying the people arround me and push my own limits.

Have to say I’ve been lucky - and still going, working with the same passion that I had years ago.

And I’ve not only done rolls to make it happen.
