Happy Ani-versary* to the best Star Wars, #RevengeOfTheSith!

2005 was a very exciting year to be a Star Wars fan and I did countless events around the film release. Here’s a selection of fun shots from waaaaay back to celebrate the occasion.

Fun Fact: The theatrical release date of ROTS (05/19/2005) was the inspiration for my 501st ID number (SL 5195).

🔥 I AM WHAT YOU MADE ME 🔥

I have been over the (that’s no) moon with the Obi-Wan Kenobi series thus far. Growing up with the prequels, it’s been amazing watching Ewan and Hayden’s return and the new cast has been killing it as well. I can’t wait to see where they take us with the final two episodes and I’m hoping the rumors of a second season are true!

Worth every penny.

Twenty-plus years gone in a flash but the love remains the same. I could gush about the experience for days but words will not suffice. No one could understand how long I’ve wanted this, what it means to me or how perfect the moment was. They say “never meet your heroes”, I say choose your heroes wisely. 💫 by @danglitch

We married! ❤️ by @danglitch

“Despite everything, it’s still you.”

Twenty three years and counting as Anakin Skywalker. While I don’t have much to show for it other than memories, I’ll never regret choosing Anakin. It’s more uncomfortable than ever due to some chronic health issues but it still fits - I’ll wear it until I can’t anymore.

Happy anniversary, @starwars.

Happy Star Wars Day from mom and dad! ✨

Star Wars has a unique way of bringing people together, most of my friendships have come out of my SW fandom and even those that didn’t have been strengthened by it. I’m very fortunate to have such an amazing partner to share it with.

Happy Star Wars Day, everyone! Here’s a great memory from two years ago at Disneyland After Dark/Star Wars night where I got to build my best boy R2.

I was saddened to hear today that the #StarWarsInsider magazine is coming to an end. Growing up in the era of the Special Editions and the release of the prequels, the Insider was an indispensable source of news and information on the franchise.

I was fortunate enough to be published in the magazine a total of four times throughout the years for my fandom activities.

This #PowerRangersDay has me missing the days when I was Green With Evil.
