It was a pleasure to discuss the importance of having a purpose and how your purpose grows and evolves through the course of your life & career.

We also discussed 3 qualities that are most important to develop if you want to be successful in the music industry.

1. Focus on your STRENGTHS: don't try and fit into someone else's plan for your life, choose the "safe" route, or do what's "cool". Do something you are genuinely good at and you love. Your worst day doing something you love beats your best day doing something you hate.

2. MARKETING is everything: the best KNOWN beats the BEST. Talent is wasted if no one knows who you are.

3. Never stop LEARNING: if you want to be successful, study success. If you want to be wealthy, study wealth. If you want to achieve your dreams, find someone who's day to day reality is your dream life.

5 countries. 14 cities. One incredible year.

2025 has been a season of growth, healing, and transformation- not just for myself, but for all of the amazing musicians I’ve worked with at @theluxurymusician.

Ending 2024 with a health scare, 2025 started with stepping back from the old version of myself and stepping into a new identity.

Making a 10X jump requires letting go of 80% of what you’ve been used to doing so you can focus on the most important 20%.

For me that meant taking a break from performing (which I’d been doing full time for 11 years) and going all in on helping other musicians make an exponential leap in their music careers.

The shift from building my own business to helping other musicians build their own has been immensely rewarding.

There’s no better feeling than hearing those 4 words… “You’ve changed my life.”

Thanks to each and every one of my clients and mentors within @theluxurymusician for making this year amazing.

DON'T make this mistake if you want to be successful in the music business ❌

I spent YEARS of my life trying to figure everything out on my own...

And eventually I reached a point where I was burning out.

I was doing back to back gigs for pay that was less than what I was worth and clients who didn’t appreciate my time or talent.

My health was going downhill and I was plagued with stress and anxiety from constant late nights and always being on the road.

I didn't have anyone to show me that there was a better way.

When I finally decided to invest in MYSELF and find a mentor who had already achieved the results I wanted....

My growth EXPLODED. I made triple my investment in the first month. And my business grew EXPONENTIALLY from there.

Before that, I had invested TENS OF THOUSANDS into equipment and gear that I thought would make me a ton more money, but ended up barely making a difference.

It wasn't the gear I was missing.

It was a clear strategy for success and the BELIEF IN MYSELF that I was worth more.

Once I implemented the new strategies I learned, I realized what was ACTUALLY POSSIBLE.

To be honest, it blew my mind.

I had so many limiting beliefs before that I didn't even realize were holding me back from doing the things that would create more success.

I began TRULY valuing my time and talent and creating the space in my life to do the highest leverage tasks that would actually push the needle forward every day.

If you want to be successful in the music business...

Find someone who's charging rates higher than you ever thought possible.

Someone who has the time to focus on their health and provide for their family.

Someone who's EVERYDAY life is your DREAM life.

If you’ve ever said this, read on 👇🏻

One of the BIGGEST lies musicians tell themselves is that their location is the reason they’re not making more money.
But here’s the truth:

🎯 It’s not your town. 🎯 It’s not your city. 🎯 It’s not your state.

Sometimes it’s your talent- but most often, it actually boils down to your BRANDING and MARKETING.
