Well, it happened and so Hairspray and the miracle of the Forest ended its run @fbplayhouse.

Thanks to @ayresnyc and @franktrapp for assembling a kind team of artists to bring this show to life. I’ll never forget the feeling of seeing Hairspray in Baltimore growing up. After Good Morning Baltimore….I kid you not that audience erupted like they won the World Series.

Thanks to @laurenhaughtongillis @renellt21 @macksimmons04 @evanmvaughan for all of your incredible pre pro work and for leading with grace. @coopersheehy for not making me sing harmony and for directing such an energetic band of musicians!

The amazing cast of kindhearted souls. And that RESCO. What a kind and talented group. May they all be booked and blessed for life.

Thank you to all the amazing technicians in which we would be lost forever without them. Didn’t get a picture with everyone which I’m now kicking myself about. But you all know how iconic you were. Nothing would happen without @patrickleej You amazed me last year and again slayeeed like the icon you are. Thanks for my morning hugs.

It takes a village to put on a musical comedy in the woods of New York. Too many people to tag! And with that Mr. Pinky is off to the Hefty Hideaway!

Can’t believe July 28th Hairspray opens. Come on up for a quick trip to the Catskills and see the fabulous cast that I just shared on my story. @fbplayhouse is a magical place and it will be a really fun time. As a Marylander, I think we are doing Baltimore proud, hon. taken in Forestburgh Playhouse by @danhastyactor

Thoughts on Cats…: what do we do do? how do we fix our industry and make it better? Who are the change makers going to be ? I saw it 3 times…. People are supporting this show. It’s niche sure but something risky and different I feel like used to be a selling point…. Idk dreaming of a better industry by @danhastyactor

Posting here as well because it makes me laugh. No Jimmy Award nomination for young Daniel. Nor did I know what the Jimmys were. by @danhastyactor

@itspronouncedohlee and I lived our Survivor 50 fantasies @paleycenter @survivorcbs. . We hope we made all the cast aways proud. @rick_devens your shirt is iconic. Maybe one day I’ll be on Survivor for the ride….. and then like maybe white lotus ? 😂 @jeffprobst @rizgod34 I’d need some brainstorming for a cinematic calling card like yours. Happy Father’s Day to Herb Hasty. The Domestic Engineer of the family. My favorite cruising buddy,, slot machine companion, and the man that always helped me with my math struggles at the Homework table. He may be getting older but he’s attacking age with a grace Willie Nelson can’t even hold a candle to. ❤️❤️. by @danhastyactor
