::a letter to honor my past selves // 34 lessons I’ve learned at 34::
1. let go of the way you want or think things are ‘supposed’ to go.
2. stay curious, flexible and open to change, learning and growth. This means some/ (often)times being wrong (!).
3. Listen to and trust your intuition.
4. Everyone on your path has a message for you (and that messag may be RUN).
5. Stop running away from pain. You’ve got to feel it to heal it.
6. Don’t waste your precious time and energy on anything or anyone that doesn’t make you feel spectacular, fulfilled and completely accepted. Not everyone has your best interest at heart. Discern lovingly with strong boundaries.
7. Be okay with not being liked. Down with people pleasing! Say NO without explanation.
8. Appreciate the time you have, with whom you have it. Life is short.
9. Cleanse and protect your energy. Learn how to identify what’s yours and what’s not. You don’t have to carry any one else’s stuff.
10. Believe in yourself!!!!!
11. Don’t be afraid to fail or start over.
12. Be honest and realistic with yourself.
13. Understand the creative power of your imagination. & use it accordingly!
14. You don’t have to prove anything or explain yourself to anyone. No one owes you anything and vice-versa.
16. Take a deep look at the beliefs you hold and reprogram unhealthy thought patterns.
17. Tune into the cosmic planetary cycles and cycles of the earth and the self. Construct your life with the flow of nature and the seasons.
18. Understand that reality is based on our thoughts, perceptions, projections and filters.
19. Truth is experiential, subjective and subject to change.
20. Stop and smell the coffee, buy yourself all the roses. Take the photo. Enjoy the little things.
21. Be brave enough to be yourself, even when you’re not sure who that is.
22. Nothing/no one outside of you has the answers for you.
23. Use and apply the tools you have acquired on your journey.
24. Notice the signs and synchronicities as confirmation from spirit. There’s no such thing as coincidence.
25. Connect with mother Earth/Pachamama as often as you possibly can.

thinking about how delightful it feels to be making all of my dreams into reality ✨

I can’t believe that at the beginning of this year so much of this was just a thought. a frequency vibrating out into the universe from the depths of my heart and soul.

focus, authenticity and devotion are my 2024 words and there have been endless opportunities come up for me in those areas so far.

as I take more quantum leaps than ever before, I recite my mantras over + over + over again.

our power is in our heart. feelings create thoughts become things.
