Crispy chicken sandwich night 🍗✨This recipe gives you that perfectly juicy chicken with the crispiest golden coating.. so good you’ll never want takeout again.Recipe 👇For the chicken:- 2 large chicken breasts, halved into 4 cutlets (using @goodlife_brands - use code DANI15 for $$ off!)- 2 cups buttermilk- 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)- 2 tsp salt- 1 tsp black pepperMarinate for at least 4 hours (overnight is even better).Seasoned coating:- 2 cups all-purpose flour- ½ cup cornstarch- 2 tsp paprika- 1 tsp smoked paprika- 1 tsp garlic powder- 1 tsp onion powder- 2 tsp salt- 1 tsp black pepper- ½–1 tsp cayenne (optional)Remove the chicken from the buttermilk, dredge in the flour mixture, dip back into the buttermilk, then coat in the flour mixture one more time. Crispy onion rings on a burger … yes plz 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤Today I’m thinking about my dad and all the memories we made together in the kitchen. He loved food, he loved chocolate, and some of my favorite moments were spent baking and cooking alongside him! Ya’ll… these steak tacos were 🔥🔥🔥🔥Knife spotlight: @dalstrong Isn’t she a beaut? The newest member of my kitchen! Not to be dramatic, but this knife has made me actually enjoy chopping vegetables. 😂✨It feels so solid in your hand, has the perfect weight to it, and makes prepping ingredients a breeze. Definitely one of my favorite kitchen upgrades lately! The steak is from my tried and true @goodlife_brands 🫶(Code DANI15 for $$ off) I marinated the steak with some orange juice, sofrito, adobo, chipotle peppers & cilantro. Tossed it on the grill along with some corn.
