Get yourself a creative who’s a bit of a triple threat 😉📸😆

Story time…

Last month, @grace_elizabeth_morton booked me with less than a week’s notice for this photoshoot, driving all the way from Kalgoorlie 📍 She wasn’t going to have time to find a hair or makeup artist, so I added both services to her package and made it happen.

In just over three hours, I did her hair, makeup AND photographed her shoot and safe to say I’m lowkey obsessed ✨

Fun fact: I taught myself makeup as a teenager, completed a certified makeup course after my Advanced Diploma in Photography, and about 10 years ago I regularly combined makeup artistry and photography.

These days, I wouldn’t want to do all three every day 😂 but I still love makeup as an artistic expression.

I love how the creative industry has taught me to be adaptable. I’m very much a ‘learn to do it yourself at least once’ kind of gal.

Ballroom dancing taught me makeup. Pageantry taught me hair. Photography has been my 14-year passion.

Photography isn’t just about taking a photo. It’s about having a creative mind, solving problems and finding a way to bring the vision to life.

So no, I’m not claiming to be a triple-threat photographer, makeup artist and hairstylist 😂 but when Grace needed a last-minute solution, I was able to pull my kit together and make it happen.

That adaptability is part of what I bring to your shoot.

I have limited branding and studio spots available for the rest of 2026, so if you’ve been thinking about booking your shoot, now is the time.

✨Clean STUDIO vibes 📸 which one’s your favourite?

There’s something so timeless about a clean, plain background. It creates a solid foundation, allowing the focus to fall exactly where it should …on you.

Perfect for headshots, portraits and branding imagery, but this is just the beginning of what a studio space can offer.

As a photographer, I love the versatility of a studio. While I’ll always have a soft spot for natural light, the studio gives me 100% control over every element from the direction and quality of light to shadows, mood and atmosphere.

And that’s where the creativity really begins. The possibilities are endless when you can shape the light, experiment with different setups and create something entirely your own.

Clean and simple doesn’t mean limited. Sometimes, it’s the perfect blank canvas. ✨

This prep has pushed me, refined me, and taught me so much about my own strength. I am so proud of how far I’ve come and the work put in behind the scenes when no one was watching.
Tomorrow isn’t about the outcome it’s about honoring the journey and stepping on stage knowing I gave it my absolute all. Time to bring the heart, the passion, and enjoy every second! 🔥✨

Yeah… absolutely not. 😂

Coming up with ideas on the fly, testing new lighting setups or forgetting to cut off price tags is just a part of the organised chaos 🤣📸

It’s funny how we assume people are the “professional version” of themselves in every area of their life just because it’s what they do for work.

Hairdresser? Always has perfect hair.
Personal trainer? Never skips a workout.
Photographer? Has every single shoot planned to military precision.
