As we enter Women’s History Month I want to give @justbevin of @bythebooc the flowers she so greatly deserves for always being inclusive in this space, especially of Black Women!
Thank you BOOC for bringing me on to the AT&T BFM campaign as Associate Producer for the 2nd year in a row as we honored Black leaders elevating the culture.

so much I could say about how you were there for me during those summers I spent in Cali. lol hanging with you at the mall and the movies brought me so much more comfort than being around the rich kids that had stereotypes built up for what it meant for me to be a Black girl from Detroit.

You became my home away from home when everything felt unfamiliar, my comfort. A safe space. Getting up at 4am every morning wasn’t so difficult when I knew that hour drive was brining me to you and Uncle Joe.

I hate what dementia robbed you of and how the fallouts from the deaths of matriarchs like you & Uncle Joe completely unraveled our family. The Devil is busy but ultimately God is always stronger, faster, and right on time. Grateful you’re finally at peace. I love you so much. by @danidenise

Being from Detroit means that you’re instilled with a certain level of resilience that keeps you pushing forward when the weight of the world seems a bit too heavy. A huge part of that strength comes from the sense of community that we hold strong in our city.

During these uncertain times we know that it will be that same community that keeps us encouraged and uplifted. NTRLborn Creative and @pureheartcares have partnered to bring you the upcoming Thanksgiving Food Drive on 11/23 and we need your support!

Please stop by @trumbullplex or @frontlinedetroit from today until 11/21 (see flyer for days/times) as we collect non-perishable items or click the link in our bio to Donate so that we can ensure that no one has to go hungry this Thanksgiving. by @danidenise

Out of all the projects I’ve been apart of this has been the most important.

While my heart is with and will always be with Palestine and we continue to stand with them we also have to eliminate (in @angelarye ’s words) the existential threat and crisis that Donald Trump has been, is and will continue to be… He told you what he thought about you, showed you what he would do with policy, DO NOT TEST THIS!

Please get out and vote today, if you’re in MI and have any issues don’t hesitate to DM, text, or call.
