Why the “No’s!” of Life Really Mean “Yes!” #thecocooneffect Getting hit in fight is not the “No!” for “you can’t win”! It is the “Yes!” lesson for becoming more present in your life! ”Gratitude works in a similar way that the law of attraction does. If you’re thankful for what you have, you will attract more of it to you. If you complain or gripe about what you have (a relationship, a job, an overweight body, a car that continuously breaks down) you’ll attract more of that to you.” “With the gratitude attitude, you can redirect your thoughts from fearing the change you’re experiencing, to loving every minute of it. It works because it’s Universal, and because whatever you think thoughts of (good or bad) you bring more of the same into your life.” #thecocooneffect From the book ‘The Cocoon Effect’. ”Visualization is one of the simplest and quickest ways to train your thoughts into something positive so you can get more of what you do want, and less of what you don’t! When you visualize, you eliminate your subconscious mind from “calling the shots,” and instead, redirect your attention towards the people, things, and experiences you want to attract—instead of repel. When you visualize what you desire, you can clear out those “roadblocks” that have prevented you in the past from having the money, love, health and happiness you desire.” #thecocooneffect From the book ‘The Cocoon Effect’. Give yourself the permission! #thecocooneffect The first thing to tell yourself is the following: “I give myself permission to leave the past behind, and focus whole heartedly into the present.” And the transformation can start! “
Establish a ritual of thanks to your body, and your body will thank you back. This is the premise for this relaxation exercise, and it’s so easy to do, start your day with it, end your day with it and practice ‘giving thanks’ multiple times throughout each day! This is a great exercise to try for anyone who doesn’t have a moment to spare, or for anyone who wants to ease into a meditative practice. Forget fearing a quiet mind—the practice of gratitude only takes a few minutes and is distracting enough that you don’t have to wonder how you’ll keep your mind quiet for minutes at a time. “ From the book ‘The Cocoon Effect’. Motivation comes from within! #motivation Motivation must be an inner game, not something that is depending on an outside trigger. If your “why” is big enough for something, you will have the inner motivation to follow through. â˜șâ˜șâ˜ș #liveyourpassion #passiontest #passion#nomindcoaching #coaching #lifecoaching#happiness #inspiration #changelife#changemindset #opportunity #lovemylife#selfimprovement #motivation#lawofattraction #dreambig #nextlevel#nextstep #believeinyourself #beautifullife#peacefullife #connect #myway#loveyourself #focusonthegood#nothingisimpossible #justbe #feeltheenergy by @daniel.schabron
