Every property deal has a story. This is where I’ll share mine.

I’m Daniel, a real estate broker in the UAE and founder of Sold Out Real Estate. I’ve been working in the UAE’s property market since March 2022.

A snapshot of 2025: 57 secondary market sales. More stories from the years before and since to come.

Here, I’ll share the deals I work on, what I’ve learnt along the way, and new developments worth a closer look. You’ll also hear stories from day-to-day life in the industry — the negotiations, unexpected challenges and people behind each deal.
