Everybody wants the audience.

Very few people are willing to start with 400 followers.

That's what I liked about this answer.

Not whether a million followers is better than a million dollars.

The fact that he's starting anyway.

Most people spend too much time thinking about where they want to be and not enough time building from where they are.

Every business starts with one customer.

Every audience starts with one follower.

Every deal starts with one conversation.

The people who eventually win are usually the ones willing to look small while they're building something big.

If you're in your day one season, keep going. by @daniel.yourstruly

One call. One decision. Thousands saved before week one was even over.

45 days ago Daniel made his first coaching call. Yesterday we stood in his first flip talking about what almost went wrong.

Decision one. The basement.
Comps next door with unfinished basements were selling at $300K. He bought this property for $180K.

He wanted to finish it out. We looked at the comps together and gutted it instead.
That one call protected his margin.

Decision two. The contractor.
Mold in the basement. The contractor wanted to cover it with sheetrock instead of remediating it.

He felt something was off and called me before signing anything.

I came through, confirmed the contractor was no good, and he fired him on the spot.

Two decisions. One week. Both of them could have cost him the entire deal.

This is what coaching actually looks like. Not theory. Real decisions on a real deal. Get off the sideline. DM me. taken in Farmington, Minnesota by @daniel.yourstruly

Watching people level up is the best part of what I do.

This is exactly why I started Legacy Wealth Group and why I coach investors one on one.

When someone makes the decision to invest in themselves, get around the right network, and start taking action… things start to change.

Proud of this guy Daniel for betting on himself and stepping into the game. Future is bright and can’t wait for the day we close on your first investment deal 👊🏼.

The community.
The deals.
The conversations.
The growth.

That’s what Legacy is about.

If you’re serious about investing and want to move faster with the right people around you, check out Legacy Wealth Group. taken in Eden Prairie, Minnesota by @daniel.yourstruly

First met Daniel about 6 months ago. We were at a mutual friend’s duplex investor meet up. He was around some mutual friends on the back deck and they introduced us.

He proceeded to talk about the investing game and wanting to get plugged in, and wanting to dive deeper into the RE game. He was looking for guidance and coaching. We chopped it up got to know each other and he was like Jan 1st I’m hiring you as a coach.

Fast forward to today. We are three sessions in and I invited him to tag along to walk through of the 70,000 sq ft legacy building we are bringing to market. He got to be a fly on the wall and learn the commercial game, met some powerful people in real estate, connected with some fellow legacy members.

Proximity, networking, influences, learning. That is what legacy and coaching is all about. Inspiring others to accomplish their goals and realize I can also do that.

I love wins like this and seeing others win and grow as well. Look forward to your journey this year as we grow together! by @daniel.yourstruly
