The @thefoxies new song !!!
-
When I stopped touring and signed a publishing deal with @bigyellowdogmusic I started a “hook book” of song title ideas and the very first one I wrote down was “the year without summer”…

10 years later @thefoxiesjulia and @jakeohlbaum turned that into an amazing song!

And @jakeohlbaum crushed the production! by @daniel_agee_

I am OVER THE MOON (pun intended) that my first single of 2026 is officially out for your streaming pleasure! ✨

It truly takes a village, and I want to say how grateful I am for mine. Huge thank you to my incredible co-writers, @chelseystallings and @runyonzack and my producer @daniel_agee_ for bringing this song to life. Thank you to @kelseyfoster.mina and @webbge for jumping in to shoot content for me on the fly! You’ve all been amazing dealing with my insane schedule while I try to balance building community and my own writing and music career.

Last year was a really rough one for me. I smiled through it, but behind closed doors I was struggling. I spent a lot of it feeling pretty numb. I couldn’t write, I couldn’t sing… I just felt grief. Toward the end of the year, though, it all came flooding back, and this song became part of a whole series of songs that will be coming out this year.

Thank you for listening, supporting, and being part of this journey with me. “Over the Moon” is out everywhere now. 🌙
