This is how I structure short-form ads for scalable contractor offers 🎯 The client didn’t need more jobsite footage 🎥 They needed a message that makes contractors see the gap in their marketing fast ⏱️ So I rebuilt the edit to: • Lead with the pain of relying only on referrals ⚠️ • Position marketing as a system, not random content 📈 • Make the offer feel complete without overexplaining 🧠 • Filter serious business owners from bad-fit leads 👀 • Turn attention into qualified workshop calls 📞 Because contractor ads don’t win by just showing the work. They win when the viewer thinks: “I need a system to grow, not more guessing.” 💰 If you’re a videographer or marketer working with local service businesses and want your edits to actually perform in ads 🚀 Comment “ADS” Let’s build your ads. #videoads #videoadseditor #videographer #shortformads #videomarketing #contractormarketing #localbusinessmarketing #servicebusinessmarketing #editforconversion by @daniel_hee_

Good pacing keeps viewers. Great storytelling turns them into subscribers. 📈 A quick breakdown from a recent YouTube project I edited. The focus wasn't just fancy transitions—it was all about trimming the fat, nailing the retention curves, and matching visual pacing with the creator’s authentic voice. My editing philosophy for long-form: • Cut before the viewer gets bored • Sound design that builds momentum without being distracting • Clean motion graphics to make complex points digestible 🚀 Taking on 1–2 new YouTube channels this month. If you have raw footage sitting on your drive and need an editor who actually understands viewer retention, shoot me a DM with "YOUTUBE" and let's talk. #videoeditor #youtubeeditor #contentcreator #longformcontent #videoediting #premierepro #aftereffects #youtubegrowth #retentionediting by @daniel_hee_
Stop overcomplicating your ad creatives. 🎬💥 More effects ≠ more sales. For this project, we took a "reverse thinking" approach—stripping away the clutter and focusing heavily on high-retention Pacing and immersive SFX to keep viewers hooked from second 0. Added just a touch of vintage VFX for visual depth without distracting from the message. Clean visuals, precision sound, and a story that actually converts. The exact framework I use to build high-converting video ads 🎯 Great product + bad ad edit = wasted ad spend. This client’s original ad had potential, but it lacked the speed and structure to close cold leads 📉 Here is how I optimized the creative to convert: Locked in attention with a high-contrast visual hook ⚠️ Aligned the pacing with fast-paced user habits to boost retention ⏱️ Eliminated dead air to make every cut sharp and intentional 🚀 Added clean motion graphics to guide focus instead of distracting 🧠 Drove action with a clear, high-intent call to action 📞 A strong offer attracts attention. The way you edit and pace it builds trust and drives the click. If you’re running ads and ready to stop leaving money on the table: Comment “ADS” to elevate your advertising by @daniel_hee_

Aesthetic ads don’t just need to look pretty—they need to convert. 💄✨A recent paid ad edit for a beauty & aesthetics brand. Most beauty videos fail because they rely only on slow B-roll and soft music. For paid ads, pacing is everything:• First 2s: Visual hook that stops the scroll (texture close-up / before-after teaser)• Middle: Clear problem $\rightarrow$ treatment breakdown with clean motion text• Final 3s: Clear, punchy CTA to book a consultationHigh aesthetic value doesn't mean low CTR. You can have both.📩 Looking for an editor who knows how to make beauty ads that actually drive bookings? Most video ads do not fail because of a weak offer. They fail because of a weak edit. My client already had a fantastic service and a clear message. But the original cut had a massive retention drop in the first 3 seconds, sluggish pacing, and zero visual momentum. Here is how I re-engineered the creative to turn passive scrollers into qualified leads: • Installed a high-contrast pattern interrupt to halt the scroll instantly. • Structured a fast-paced rhythmic cut designed to match modern consumption habits. • Eliminated dead air completely so the core value proposition hits with zero friction. • Added clean, intentional on-screen text that guides visual focus rather than cluttering the screen. • Engineered a seamless bridge directly into a high-intent Call to Action. Having a great product is only half the equation. The pacing, framing, and visual storytelling are what actually build credibility and drive conversion. If you are an agency owner, marketer, or brand founder looking to fix underperforming creatives: Comment "ADS" and let’s scale your creative pipeline. #VideoEditing #DirectResponse #VideoAds #CreativeStrategy #MetaAds TikTokAds PerformanceMarketing MediaBuying ShortFormVideo ᴄᴏɴᴛᴇɴᴛᴍᴀʀᴋᴇᴛɪɴɢ by @daniel_hee_
