Note to self: remain humble! About 3 years ago I spent 6 months living out my car. Had a 92 Lexus, broke up with my ex, got fired from work, and kicked out of my living situation all in the same month. Luckily I been through worse so I know that struggle was only temporary, but would of never guessed a few yrs later I’d be blessed to travel over 50 different countries, make a lil bit of money, and meet some amazing people from all over the world. Only regret is not embracing that struggle a bit more, we all go through what we going through to get where we going too! #Blessed by @daniel_leflore4

Reminder: to all those chasing something, Lock in on ya dreams!
10 years ago today I had the privilege to play basketball professionally for a team from Japan. At 5’5 not to many people believed in me to reach that level of having a team from a foreign country paying me for my talents to help them win ball games. In high school I got cut 4 times my first 3 years in, and when I finally did make varsity my senior year I rode the bench. Redshirted my first year in JUCO hoops before getting a scholarship to play at a 4 year. Didn’t have the most success throughout my collegiate career as a role player, but never let it stop me from attending training camps and figuring out a way to play at a pro level until it finally happened. Bottom line is to believe in yaself and bet on yaself.
