Hello all! it’s been a while. Currently back in China, but while I was back in the US I got the opportunity to go on adventures and travel around.
I wasn’t back in the US so I tried to make the most out of it. I’ll be posting more later. As you can see first trip was to Disneyland! by @daniel_pgtr

And just like that my first semester of studying in China is over! It was a great adventure, a really different experience, from the language to the food to the architecture and to friends I made. I got to made friends from many parts of the world and get to hear their experiences. I will hopefully see many of them next semesters!

Since I came to China to study, I had to get a Chinese name. My dad had a Chinese friend and she helped me picked my name. She gave me two names and after giving some thought I picked mine. That’s how I got 李文轩。which is pronounce Lǐwénxuān. Also today is my last full day in China! -

Temple of Heaven.
-
I think this building is among one of my favorite buildings. I have only been there twice but it’s a pretty unique building. I love the structure of the building. I couldn’t really get a good picture of the inside it was really dark BUT! they had a section model on the building adjacent to the temple of heaven. It’s the second picture.
