My work tends to attract the rebels, the wild contradicting women who love a tarot deck but also love to drop it low lol🍑

I’m still discovering how to hold more nuance around talking about personal development vs systems of oppression. In my coaching spaces (group + 1:1), I welcome grappling with these larger forces, together. Not everything comes back to you + your ‘limiting beliefs’. Sometimes it’s just capitalism. Sometimes it’s just racism. Sometimes we can’t ‘self-regulate’ out of the hard AF cards we’ve been dealt.

I believe that a critical mass of spiritual baddies who finally dare to say YES to their calling🤝… will quite literally change the fucking world.

I cuss. You’re allowed to cuss.

I’ll say ‘I don’t know’ when I don’t know. You’re allowed to not know, too.

And btw, this kind of shift is not magic, it’s not some lucky thing you’re born with. It’s not even ‘healing’.

It’s a skill.
A skill you learn and practice. We have to practice.

This is the gold we work on in my 1:1 coaching containers. Because no amount of making your dreams happen will shift the one inside you who cannot en✨joy✨ the freaking sunset!

There is much to learn in decay.
The sense that everything is falling apart is one I know well. It often has happened when I was on the right path but the bloom just hadn’t started yet.

Show up to practice.

I’m on your underground team🫡

Let’s lock in. Mute the noise our capitalistic world is blasting towards you (go! go! go!!!). There are nutrients here - in this juicy, cool, underground space.

The underground is not to be avoided or wiggled out of. It is by design that you are here, and your emergence only depends on how well you’re tending to the soil, the environment.

Life trends towards growth when we give it the correct conditions.

The conditions here are TRUST, and TENDING.

Y’all… back in March, I launched a group program - and it ‘flopped’

As a business endeavour, it was a ‘failure’. I’d planned the program, built the landing page, set up the payment links, marketed it…

But it didn’t build traction. Only ONE of the nine seats were filled.

And that ONE person was Kristin🥹😭

I ended up offering her one month of 1:1 coaching… and just like she said herself ‘she. was. ready!’

My sensitive girlieeeeee🧡 your own story is something worth listening to, rooting into, standing by.

Everyone will have their story of you. That’s their shit. It’s your job to listen when there might be a clear reflection (a rare and beautiful occurence).. and to put your blinders up 👉😝👈) most of the time.

Do not let this pattern get in the way of following your dreams, dude. You’ve got goldddddddd that wants to pour out of you but you’re all clogged up with junk that doesn’t belong to you.

On our first call, Sandra said something that stuck with me.

‘If nothing changes, nothing changes’

Investing in coaching was a pattern interruption… circling the same pattern again and again - it gets old pretty quick (I know u know because don’t we all👀)

She was finally ready. Courageous. Had a fire up her ass to stop waiting (for who? For what?)... She was craving freedom in her life, and my goodness does this woman move fast🙊🥵🐆

I’ve witnessed her unbox herself again and again.
Go from freeze around putting herself out there to imperfect action over perfection.
Taking risks. Walking head high into the unknown.

Powerful women don’t wanna go at it alone. They know there’s a more joyful way. Companionship over isolation makes growing into a delightful rather than a slog.

The self help books and YouTube guided meditations and endless spiritual podcasts…. They only take you so far

The stuff that sticks happens when you’re being witnessed and held by an open presence as you finally say the THING. That resentment you’ve been holding onto. The niggle/dream that keeps knocking on your chest.

So you go from ‘knowing’ to ‘feeling with every cell of my being’. Where the pattern simply unravels because you gave it enough space and tenderness to complete its impulse.

So take this as inspiration to go forth! And reveal at every opportunity, to people around you! The sneaky little shameful things you feel in your heart.

Bare it all! Because once you are in connection around the thing… the shame cannot really keep biting into you with the same vigour.

Help it release its grip. Relieve yourself of pretending to be perfect! We all are fucked up in our own ways and when you reveal your bits… other people will often lay down their swords and meet you right there.

(Of course discern who might be able to have space to meet you with kindness and not compound your shame)

Anticipate that you will be received with generous warmth!! And watch how much fun you start having in that wonderful little life of yours…

Honestly the fastest way to change this is to surround yourself with people who shock you by how consistently they reflect golddddd back to you about who you are. How they see you.

Some people simply won’t get u. And that’s okkk!!!

But your peeps are out there. I promise.

In the meantime (while they’re still finding you) You’re using the magic power of your imagination. That thing you were a PRO AT as a kid ;) it’s nothing crazy. Nothing woo woo. Just imagine that it’s possible that someone out there is ACHING to see you shine.

Leaning back. Holding true to my own pace. Because this is the WORK we do. Body wisdom over hustle culture. Hibernation pause in the middle of summer. Being much more boundaried. Thank godddddd. More on all of this to come.

For now, sending you kisses from the homeland🇱🇧 will be in Lebanon for the next few weeks. Soaking in family and friend time….. and the sunsets and food that dreams are made of by @danielaflows
