Not your average Studio Manager role and not your average BFT. We are @bft_international’s first BFT!

This opportunity doesn’t come around very often.

Prahran, 2016. The first ever BFT studio.

Snowy was so broke he rode his bike to work - rain, hail, or shine, no excuses (sound familiar?).

That’s the moment Matty knew they were all in.

South Yarra followed later that year. Now there’s five of us in the Southside together. Funny how the biggest chapters often start with the smallest moments, one bike ride said it all.

10 years later, still all in. Turns out, that’s the whole secret.

Tell us your favourite BFT memory in the comments - we want to hear it all 🚲❤️

10 years.

It’s pretty hard to put a decade into one carousel.

There have been plenty of wins, plenty of mistakes, a pandemic, five gyms, incredible staff, and thousands of members who have walked through our doors. Every one of them has shaped what BFT Southside is today.

When Matt and I opened our first studio back in 2016, the goal was simple.

Build a gym that felt welcoming, not intimidating. A place with great culture, where coaches actually coach, and people genuinely enjoy walking through the doors.

Hopefully we’ve stayed true to that.

To everyone who’s trained with us, worked with us, supported us, or simply backed us along the way… thank you. You helped build something we’re incredibly proud of.

Here’s to the next 10. by @danielbstewart

Some things never change, and some things never need to ❤️

The foundations of our training haven’t changed. Built around Strength, complimented by Conditioning.

Get fitter, stronger, live longer - that’s what we’re all here for 🤌🏼

10 years strong 😤

10 years ago, @danielbstewart and I opened the first BFT studio with a simple vision.

A decade later, it’s pretty special to look back on the journey — and even more exciting to share a glimpse of it. Huge shoutout to our friend, mentor and founder @camfalloon and to all of our incredible staff, past and present. 👊🏼

Big thanks to @bft_international for capturing part of our story as we celebrate 10 years since launching. We were lucky enough to film at @bft_southyarra to mark the milestone — one of our five studios and a consistent top performer globally for many years.

Here’s a little sneak peek of what we’ve been working on.

Not every gym is built the same 🏗️
Some gyms, you go to exercise.
Some gyms, people know your name and actually notice when you don’t show up 💙

If you’re looking for the second one - you’ll get it.

Save this for the day you decide you want more from your training 🎯
Send it to the friend who should join you 🤪
