The PIANO 🎹 as a canvas. 🎨 Leo GENOVESE painted some great and beautiful art last night in Brooklyn.

The way he strikes a note or chord, the way Daniel CARTER breathes life into the trumpet and sax... a masterclass in musical sensitivity, interplay and listening 🔥🔥🔥

Creating on the fly, MAGIC in the moment. Leo told stories through the piano that words can’t capture.

Glad I braved the weather for it. Rain or shine — that’s how Jax gets down in New York. 🗽

DoYeon Kim brings the gayageum into a space where tradition, sound and improvisation meet. Her playing is open, searching and quietly powerful. She is already part of our catalogue through Syzygy, Vol. 1, recorded with Brandon Lopez. We’re pleased to welcome her to New York for a new encounter with bassist Shahzad Ismaily.
